Lucas prior to 2010-2012 was heavily medicated. A lot of that weight was due to his own gluttony, but people forget that long-term antipsychotic usage results in a considerable amount of weight gain (even in a basket case like Lucas).

Lucas’s weight loss through the years was always due to one of these things:
- Consistently refusing to take his medication in a situation where he damn well should
- Vagrancy causing him to skip meals

Also add constant walking to the reason he lost weight. Simply being homeless and kicked out of the shelter every morning meant he had to stay on the move. He would walk for miles every day looking for good spots to lurk on the zoomer baes.
