While he probably won't attempt to drag anybody into his room or whatever, he's more than capable of spazzing out and acting threatening and scaring the shit out of staff and residents, especially her, if he doesn't get the reaction he wants from her. Lucas was physically violent enough with a past partner to warrant legal intervention and he was booted from one housing situation when he attempted to blackmail some nearby junkies into providing him sexual service.
