Yeah, the only thing that seems like it could potentially take it away is a conviction for treason. There's really not much info on that online. Also, drug related offenses get food stamps taken away in 10 states, but none of those states are Washington, and I dunno if Lucas has food stamps.

I should've known that. Honestly I have no idea how welfare works in the US(or here) so I wasn't sure if that was from food stamps or just a handout.

Lucas now thinks Canada is a tolerant paradise where people are "integrated". Also, more insane schizoid ramblings for good measure.

Ugh, I remember seeing him switch from atheism/religion to Bernie initially. He's a Freudian psychologist's field day. Everything is connected to sex and aggression for him. I was mentioning to @SheWolfOfWA that it all seems to go back to his mom coddling him no matter what. He was just in the atheist circles, I'm convinced, as a big fuck-you to his dad and brothers and then to try and get atheist poon. Then he started fixating on Republicans and Democrats. His weird homophobic chimping around this time, too. Women who rebuffed him were Republicans and lesbians and any man, nice or not nice to him, was a faggot. Then from there, he seems to have latched on to Bernie Sanders and the whole bandwagon about that. Some of his earlier posts were actually quite kind to Hillary, but he quickly distanced himself from that as he started to identify more with Bernie. I think he also associated Hillary with Suzanne, as an older, independent woman. Which he clearly hates. That's when his thinking started shifting to fixating on younger women instead. Now you see that it's not politics, it's NATURE. The Golden Ratio is his latest meme, and he's a crusader for "progress" (anti-Christian, anti-Republican, anti-"discrimination").

If you're behind bars longer than 12 months you have to reapply. The reinstatement thing only applies if you're imprisoned less than 12 months. If you're in an actual prison, that's usually for a serious felony and lasts over a year, so if you end up behind bars for over a year, you'll have to reapply.
 
True, although if it's a permanent disability, I don't imagine it'd be too hard to get re-approved.
