Agreed. Also, with what is going on with the pandemic right now, the last thing Pioneer employees are going to be focusing on is how to get this shit stain his games back. Lucas doesnt even give a shit about the games in the first place. He just thought they would be a way to get him some pussy. I'm sure he will never bring up board games again.

What sane people would want the insane POS predator as their neighbor. He couldn't even make it in a facility like Pioneer Pathway House. The residents at Pioneer Pathway are likely very, very happy the POS creep Lucas Werner is out of the building. I'm glad he was put in the do not rent to list.

You know some sketchy motel would have rented a room to him by the week and not really cared unless the cops started showing up regularly.

When it comes to these motels, the people living there sort things out amongst themselves. They are all there because they need a place to do their shady shit, and they have an unspoken agreement not to rat anyone. If Lucas were to run his mouth, he'd be out on his ass picking his teeth off the ground.

I have to say, the upside of him not posting new content is it's given me a chance to go through his old content and it's fucking hilarious.

Preparation H is an oddly specific thing to threaten to use on someone, thankfully nobody would ever let Lucas have access their hygiene products, though the shit he's a carrier for is likely worse than any drug he could plant on your toothbrush

Been wondering what's happened with his 18 yr old Korean ovulator. With his phone out of commission, has he found another way to keep in touch with her. Public phone maybe.

How old is that post? I’m curious if the Spokane PD even takes Lucas’ calls seriously anymore. Between calling in bogus tips on neighbors to pointing out the obvious at shady hotels to many locals claiming that he hides behind cops when IRL confrontations arise plus the fact that he was physically removed from that Starbucks by Spokane PD makes me wonder if all of Lucas’ calls to the police get placed in the same file Ruckersville PD saves all their reports on the Chandler household.

He made that post Oct. 2016, not long after he arrived in Spokane and was homeless. Jan 2017 he got the temp "apt" at Phoenix House via Pioneer Human Services.

ETA:
I just noticed he said in the video "this is transitional from homeless shelters where I was staying for a year". He had been in Spokane like 3 mo, so he was homeless staying in shelters in Olympia when he got catfished out of there.

Its worth pointing out that he specifically said he called crimestoppers, which is an anonymous tip line. They may not have known it was him calling. That said I wouldn't be surprised if he reports people that way specifically so nobody will know its him, because hes afraid of it getting out that it was him and therefore some kind of retaliation coming his way

If anything it makes him even more of an idiot for going through that much hassle to hide his involvement only to advertise it to the world via the internet . It shows how scrambled his brain is that he can't figure out that people will put two and two together and realize it was him very quickly
