With most anyone else, I would agree but with Lucas , he has the skill of not really caring what he has to say for food. He had that whole scheme of saying anything within reason for $50 that soon became “I will say I love trump and Jesus for 3.50 as long as I get a candy bar” when he had no takers.
I think that most people would realize that this is a pretty clear indication of his eating disorder but I think he just thinks it’s a claim for content and donations. He doesn’t think he overeats. He doesn’t think he is ugly. He thinks he is a brilliant strategist. He’s trying to cash into the mukbang following. Why? So he can have food and followers.
He must miss his YouTube. He has so little interactions now.

I don't think Lucas puts that level of thought into any of his behavior, most of it is just instinctive scrabbling for food and sex, and when he does try to be manipulative, it's usually incredibly apparent by how unsuccessful and retarded it comes across.
Lucas fails to be a successful manipulator because he doesn't see the world working the way it really does. In fact, Lucas is distinguished by often times associating things with a reaction which is their polar opposite from reality. The fact that he thought the n-word made girls horny, when the generation that he was focusing on is probably more likely to dismiss someone because of claims of racism than any previous generation, just shows you how Lucas is ultimately unable to manipulate, because he has all the wiring in his head tied together in incorrect ways.
He is so very sure of so many things that are completely wrong. But yeah, when he's trying to get food, I actually think that he says "make me fatter" as a sort of joke. He may realize that he's overweight, but it's never going to bother him enough for him to do anything about it. But hunger? Lucas WILL try to do something about that. He's proven multiple times that he'll walk a great distance to get free food, even when he's already eaten, and he'll complain about having to walk the same distance for anything else, an ID card, school; nothing motivates him into action the way food does.
Lucas thinks that promises of future action are as good as present action. If he tells you he's planning to go vegan and planning to look into bodybuilding, you need to give him the same reward (sex) as if he was vegan and had been bodybuilding for the past 5 years. How long has he been claiming to want a job? At least 2 years by my count. But he's made either the most feeble entreaties or, more likely, none at all. But you need to respect his "progress" and treat him as a different person from "the old Lucas" otherwise you're a bigot Republican.
The reality is, there's no "old Lucas" or "new Lucas". Lucas is a degenerate pedo, addicted to binge eating, terminally lazy, and a massive narcissist. He has major anger issues, and always will. Whether he manifests these negative traits openly is more about drug levels, stress, and the vicissitudes of fate than any attempts to better himself. Lucas thinks he is "plenty good"; it's a meme at this point. He thinks the world should change to suit him, not the other way around.
