Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

Flat out admitting he is hustling/conning people. Conning people out of money, since they are paying for the DoorDash. And yea, he would hustle Jamie out of money he gets.

ETA:
Fastso posted that at around 4 am Spokane time. 4 am and already salivating about his next hustled meal.
Which kinda solidifies to me that there is no way he's skipping breakfast if he's already thinking about food in the middle of the night. He's so obsessive about food that I think the only way he'd miss a meal is if he was sleeping, which he doesn't really seem to be doing much of. Maybe his meds aren't working and he's manic again.

I can’t reply but to the question of force and resident agreements:

If you read the regs on ALFs and read the complaint about Mallon Place’s sister program you will see that residents 100% can refuse medications. Mallon is only required to tell his doctor. That’s literally the basis of the deficiency in the other home. Patient refused meds and Mallon was deficient for not following code and notifying prescriber. You can also find other ALF resident agreement forms for Washington and none indicate med refusal is required. That’s actually pretty contrary to an individual’s right of self-determination.

There is literally only one definition of force and that’s a court order involving you taking meds or being held down and having meds placed in your body. Lucas is not there currently. He agrees to his meds because if he doesn’t, his behavior will likely get him kicked out so he agrees. But he could refuse and see if doctor required it.

I don’t agree that someone is possibly being negligent but it’s either Mallon for not notifying his doctor or the doctor for not caring. That being said, if Lucas is on psych meds then there’s really nothing a court can do to force him to eat better. He’s not forced to stay at Mallon. If he were to be put on a carb free diet he would probably leave. He wants food over all things.

You’re confusing a lot of different legal guidelines and ALF requirements for resident requirements. If the ALF shows that they tried to get Lucas to eat better and notified his doctor of his worsening condition, they will win any liability suit that is thrown against him.

What you’re suggesting is that any doctor or nursing home whose residents make bad choices are responsible for discharging the patients. It’s literally the opposite.

He'd have his phone alarm set to get him up in time. The only way he would miss a meal is if he didn't have access to it. At Mallon all he has to is waddle to it.

Exact.y what I was thinking, this fat fuck will make time to wake up and get breakfast, then shuffle his rotting ass back to his room to sleep more like the lazy piece of shit he is.

Can't let his "fans" from outside the US off the hook for DoorDash.

I would have thought that seeing those gigantic pictures of himself from the Outcast Owl's video would have made Lucas a little ashamed to be consistently asking for food beyond what he's getting every day at Mallon. But apparently not! Apparently, Lucas is just resigned to ballooning up as far as he can go. Well, the next time he whines about gaining weight....

If he's not having some degree of obstructive sleep apnea with current his body composition, he'd be an outlier. I bet he snores loud as fuck with a number of arousals that prevent quality rest. That might explain the energy drinks.

I did not watch the whole video yet, but is that it? He only had 1 beer? It looked like a can of Busch beer. If he can't handle that, then how will he do on Lower Post Street at the martini bars?

He used to be able to put away some alcohol. One beer shouldn't make him drunk enough to puke. Something else has to be going on.
The puking happened after (I think) one beer and smoking a little, plus (for Lucas) the very heavy exercise of walking slowly outside. Like others have said, the medications he is on probably contributed to it too. Diabetes and psych meds, more exercise than he’s done in months, and alcohol and weed, which he also hasn’t done in months = puke.

The attempts at solidarity with the working class are the most tedious part of Lucas' oeuvre, and the one I'll miss the least bar none. At least the rampant attempts at spawning more Werners are funny, but these shits are stupid precisely because every so often they tend to align with normal people sentiments about normal people things, and I'm allergic to hypocrisy I guess.

Yea, now the meals at Mallon are not good enough for the greedy Fatso. He forgot last year he was eating yogurt with a piece of wood he picked up off the ground.
Not good enough for him, but I bet he still cleans his fucking plate and asks for seconds. And what is he complaining about the portion size, given that he's allowed to go back for more? You think we forgot that you go back for thirds, fat boy?

One of the joys of wernology is watching an aging oaf not circle the drain so much as clog it, all the while howling for teen puss puss. But these days, wernology is more about watching a diabetic faggot beg for junk food. He's more amusing when on the prowl for sex, not food. Has he given up on mating, and is settling for building up his fat reserves? That would be a tragedy.

Is Lucas more like a fat, neutered dog whining for scraps, or a crippled buzzard who smells carrion but can't be bothered to get to it?

(replies option fucked, should refer to post 38,834)
You give up plenty of rights when you move into a nursing home. Your rights boil down to comply or leave
I don't know what bizarre experiences you have had with Nurse Ratched but you have consistently bad takes on this topic. SNF versus assisted living aside, Washington State has a chapter of their statutes refuting your notion (70.129). Not only that, but the rights afforded to a patient are not limited to those enumerated in the chapter but encompass their rights in general. See 70.129.007. This, of course, includes refusing treatment.

Also, not specifically codifed in that chapter but evidently established through regulation and\or caselaw (again, in WA):

Nobody is saying he has been as far as i'm aware
If someone is legally incapacitated, that is an exception to many rights involved here. That is why I mentioned it, because it is not the case but you are acting as if it were.

I'm not going to fisk the rest of your post. You are trying to lecture people about something you evidently do not understand but you know just enough to think you're an authority. God bless :heart-full:.

With summer coming and lockdowns over we might get a final great season as the lumbering oaf ogles all the scantily clad cuties making the most of liberation. Summer of reeing may be "in the cards"

I wonder if he even has the energy to do what he used to do, I kind of doubt it to be honest. Lucas today couldn't manage the energy routine of Lucas 2 years ago.
