It's funny you mention he hangs out in the wealthy area since he always brags about doing so much for the homeless population. Are there others who do so? The whole thing he donates a 1/4 of his social program money away to those "needier" than him always just didn't add up. If he's in a nicer section sometimes a larger population of homeless or not, depending on city. I don't know the town he's at all.

To be honest, Lucas is going to hurt someone or get hurt it's that simple it's an WHEN not an IF.

He doesn't donate shit to the needy. He leaves candy, soda or ramen on college campuses or the library for anyone to take. He also attaches creepy letters about dating him. He has said before that he hopes college girls take his offerings.

Spokane is a small city and the shelter he is at is blocks away from the "tourist" stuff. There's a high end mall (where he likes to buy 12 dollar nachos) and a party with amusement rides that he stares at young girls at (I posted a picture a while ago but I'll repost).

Nope. You have to actually be convicted of a sex offense to end up on the list. That said, police departments get anonymous tips all the time, and would probably look into a person they received multiple tips about, especially if that person had a criminal history.

For some reason, out of all the hideous shit he's done, this irritates me the most. Lucas has repeatedly aggrandized his own "charitable actions" as though he's literally Jesus Christ himself and been extremely misleading about it. He "buys food for the homeless" but only because he knows he can use that in two ways-- one, to ~stick it to religion~ by allegedly being more charitable than the charities that put up with his shit on the regular, and also as leverage to get his dick sucked by a hot young millennial.

When you hear the phrase "feeding the homeless", you think of giving pre-prepared meals to a bunch of starving needy people. What you're getting with Lucas is empty calories he KNOWS are appealing to younger girls (which, btw is rape van creepy... "Hey little girl, want some candy?") and expensive ones at that. One of those candy bars could pay for 10 meals of ramen or rice and beans easily.

He's wasting taxpayer dollars and lying about it to get laid. And on top of all of that, he's leaving creepily aggressive notes with the candy that sound like some Zodiac Killer shit. It makes you wonder what he laced the candy with... razor blades? Dirty needles? Roofies or rat poison? MRSA is a given. I don't know, but it's fucking horrible. I genuinely hope nobody ever touches those candy bars on principle alone, and I hope whoever is around him takes note and reports him for welfare fraud and being sketchy in general.
