I have three of the notes on me. When I get a chance I will post them.

But in short, he just loiters. Always on his phone, tablet, or whatever he is using.

Now he's trying to prove he's not a pedophile by saying we should raise the age of consent. And for some reason he thinks that lowering the legal drinking and marijuana smoking age would reduce crime.
