Yeah, I suspect that lucas never got to the point of doing something bad enough to her to get the cops involved but definitely said enough questionable and inappropriate things that she got very uncomfortable and freaked out and told other family members and lucas's parents heard enough of it to know what he was inching toward and that what he was saying was incredibly inappropriate to the point he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near her. Hence the reason he was reminded by his mother that he's been told she can't discuss her when he brought her up asking about how the rest of the family is doing. Still, lucas has a long history of crossing legal lines pretty easily with teens, so i'm not so sure he didn't cross legal lines enough that the cops should have been involved. It would explain alot. I suspect they didn't do so because it would look bad for the family, especially for myrna and they simply kept their mouths shut, told him to keep his mouth shut and banned him from contact with her.
