Hey, I'm Walter. I know that's showing my power level but I don't really have much of a choice at this point. Lucas will not shut up about me. I don't think I actually called him an incel so I'm not convinced he even watched my videos. Sure is mad about them, though.

I am not a lawyer, cop or any other legal professional, but if you live in walking distance of the Spokane bus system, maybe you should show Lucas's videos and messages to the police and try getting a restraining order. Not that Lucas would be capable of obeying one, but maybe that would justify his handlers putting him back in a secure facility. If you are a man I doubt Lucas would be an actual danger to you, but given how his mania is going up, I do worry about the safety of cute young girls in Spokane.

I think the organization in charge of Lucas's "mental health" is Frontier Behavioral Health. Pioneer Human services takes care of his housing.

Most of those services have social workers/caseworkers who communicate with each other, so hopefully it’ll make its way into the right hands one way or another.

I've been following this guy for a couple years now (since Starbucks). He brought me to Kiwi in the first place as I'm sure he brought many. One trait or pattern I've noticed is right before the Psyche Ward:

1. Insane Manic Ranting a lot more than usual - posts of pictures of his own handwriting like its Hieroglyphics captured by a Tomb Raider.

2. YOUTUBE videos (This is huge as it was an agreement for him not to do this in one of the conditions for one of his releases.) When he starts posting them within an hour of each other every day it's usually a month before the committal.

3. Biggest one: SHIRTLESS. If one thing stands out more than anything, when he becomes shirtless all bets are off and he usually doesn't last that long.

I'm guessing this thread will taper off for another 6 months before he's back, docile for a month or so, and the same cycle repeats.

I wonder what did happen to his website? I never really heard what happened to conversationrage.weebly. I assume that Weebly took it down. Probably a liability to give someone like Lucas a platform to post all of his thoughts? Same thing probably with this one. He has not said where it went after mentioning it in like 30 of his manic videos.
