My guess is it's just for other places similar to Pioneer but, landlords do tend to be more than a little connected so it's very possible anything within his rent range probably will know who he is within a month or so if they don't already. Doubt any place in Spokane that even vaguely requires references would allow him now.

Can you even begin to imagine the amount of stress whatever poor person stuck being his case worker must have, having to deal with this BS and with him probably whining that it wasn't his fault other people are agephobes and bigots who tattled on him? Whatever that person is getting paid it's not nearly enough.

ETA there are also websites that pull housing related court cases and make them easily accessible to potential landlords, which is probably not relevant here unless they decide to take him to court for property damage (which would be a colossal waste of time and resources), but those are essentially also a rental blacklist.

I suspect its a no rent list for government housing in general, at least for the city of spokane. Thats how those sorts of situations tend to work. But like you said word gets around in places like that, especially in regards to dangerously unstable people who harass and threaten tenants

I find it bizarre that there are still people in Spokane who don't know who Lucas is by now. He's not exactly subtle.
