From what I've gathered, his stepdad has children from a prior marriage. The nieces are from his stepdad's side.

Not persuaded by the pic that Lucas has a busted nose. I am also of the camp that believes if Lucas were to be involved in fisticuffs, he could not resist talking about it win or lose.

Title IX is fine, it's the deranged interpretations of it promulgated in recent years that have been shit and are legally wrong, specifically that its provisions somehow preclude due process, which they can't and don't.

Also, their concerns about Lucas's behavior and about their own liability would be entirely legitimate. If they knew about his behavior and didn't do something about it, they could entirely properly be sued.
