I checked the Spokane County Jail roster, he's not there. I did see him last week at some point, wandering aimlessly. I am betting he was booted from HOC and has been living under bridges because I think he had said awhile back how much he hated UGM and would never go there again. I also wonder if whomever stole his phone (assuming that it was stolen and not broken in one of his most recent rages) was able to access it and see all the kiddie porn he's been looking at. I mean, it would be a treasure trove of very, very creepy information that goes deeper into the Wern's crazy ass mind.

There's no way Lucas could lay low. He has nothing to do but wander around all day and he looks so insane that he stands out wherever he goes, even when he's not shouting. Also probably couldn't do without his meals at restaurants.

I'm not much of an expert on the subject, but wouldn't accessing kiddy porn require access to the dark web? That would require some technical saavy that I don't think Lucas has.

I've known teenagers with intellectual disabilities living in group homes that have been caught with explicit underage content. You'd only need knowledge of information/comp security to evade detection, simple social networking in the right areas could get you invited to a discord with the kind of material that would appeal to Lucas. Discord is just a recent example but pretty much it can hide in plain sight; every major social media website/app has or is currently hosting that kind of content.
To me the question would be, is Lucas smart enough to avoid that? I'd like to think he is smart enough, that on some level he knows a CP charge would absolutely fuck the rest of his life up. Yet I'm the optimistic type and Lucas has certainly done shit that I thought he'd never say or do. His depravity and capacity for absolutely retarded thinking make him unpredictable at the best of times.
