He is back in full force now. I am suprised he isn't threatening to sue KIwi Farms with a government appointed lawyer for the assault last month. I think that whole story is bullshit. that's a contusion from a fall combined with a minor abrasion from scraping against something like concrete. i've seen similar injuries dealing with people who've fallen onto curbs or something on the ground. a bat to the knee swung with force would impact a much broader area and we would see subdermal injury, swelling, and bruising discoloration throughout the injured area because of the crushed capillaries from such an injury. contusions rarely result in abrasive injuries unless the person was dragged on the injured area, scraping away tissue.

look at pics online (if you want to do that, i don't recommend it though) for knee contusions or patellar tendon injuries.

additionally the area in question, if hit with a bat, would be debilitating as that portion of the knee is where the patellar ligament is (anybody who's played contact sports can attest to this) and injuries there, or even swelling there is usually crippling for a few weeks at the least and usually appears as a swollen lump along the injury site.

Lucas is also picking at the injury and not letting it scab/scar to heal. this can easily lead to infection not to mention if he has untreated diabetes, he will have a harder time healing from bleeding injuries than typical people.

i don't really see any indication of a plank to the head. the scalp is quite thin skin generally speaking and stretched around the skull, so significant trauma to it tends to easy tear it, creating some pretty horrific looking wounds, often needing staples/sutures. if the "injury" is on his forehead, it just looks like he rubbed it a little on some stucco to abrade it a bit. his face also doesn't look abnormal in the way of having bruising or anything.

The scrape he shows happenened by slipping and falling the day after he was "supposedly" attacked with the bat and plank. As you and WonderWino noted there would be major damage if he'd gotten hit with a bat/plank. He shows no evidence of that. I'd say he does know what ACAB stands for, but the Spokane freek being the hypocrite he is will fall back on using the police to threaten people.

Here he said he was attacked for being 40 around 21 yr olds. A likely scenario, he was creeping out the young women going in and out of Jimmy'Zs. I wouldn't put it past him he was psycho screaming " bigots, classists , etc. etc.". Due to his behavior, he was confronted by a couple of young men. He made up he was hit with a bat/wooden plank. Oh and of course he's not the problem.

More comments in the one with the picture of the scrape. Goldaor has a "fuller" account of the "incident". Now from what Goldoar posted the Freak got a bat to the mouth, head, back of the leg. Happened at approx 10 pm, July 24. That's after the check-in time at HOC and around the time he disappeared from the shelter. @Nobleman can let us know if he's back to sleeping at HOC.

I love this turn of events! The ageism in Spokane has been festering for so long that young men are now prowling the streets at night and attacking Gen-X men in a jealous fits over telomeres. Clearly the only solution is to have Lucas breed with a child-bride under the nearest bridge. BERNIE BE UPON US!
