Both lucas and his mother have admitted several times that he is schizophrenic. That said, he has also admitted to outright refusing being tested for autism, saying that it would make his life that much more difficult and cause him more problems. That means at some point it must have been suggested by a doctor, so there had to be some red flags for autism that were noticed medically, and that lucas believed it was likely he would test positive for it, otherwise he wouldn't have been so adamant about refusing or saying it would cause him problems. He is likely both schizophrenic and autistic

and I definitely agree on him not being entirely straight. Like i've pointed out several times he uses an awful lot of gay terminology and obsesses over being called gay, even as a kid, for someone who supposedly isn't gay

I have a hard time believing much his mother says considering she claims he ran a 106 degree fever for days on end which is...not possible. That's a fatal level of fever to go on for that long, especially for a toddler. Anything prolonged and 104 can cause severe brain damage, like 'child is now a vegetable' level brain damage. Anything above that usually kills them. There's no way in hell, even in the early 80s, he would have been 'sent home' from the ER with a 106 fever and would have mysteriously had it for days, so she's likely as prone to making shit up to make herself look like a heroic martyr as much as he is.

I do find it funny that Lucas claims he "couldn't be autistic because most autistics aren't social" like, buddy, pal, dude, you have clearly not been around many people who are autistic and verbal because they can be very, sometimes inappropriately social and often don't know when to STOP talking because they can't read social cues or body language all that well and completely miss signs that someone is bored/annoyed with them even if that person is straight up glaring, rolling their eyes, trying to walk away, or actively telling the other person to shut the fuck up. He infodumps in a classic autistic person way, it's probably a good chunk of why he can never seem to shut the fuck up about telomeres for more than five minutes.

Sort of like how Lucas could never figure out that Isaac always seemed to be just barely tolerating him.

Or thinking the women he corners (most notably the recent one at HoC) are totally interested in what he's talking about and it's only when "cockblockers" come in to get them away from him that he notices something off and even then he gets it wrong and thinks it's the person who interrupted and not that the person he was talking to wanted him to go away.

...or literally any of his interactions with other people that he's described in person, or how other people who have met him describe his behavior.

Indeed, though I tend to believe the schizophrenia claims for the simple fact that his behavior reflects someone with schizophrenia, not to mention he confirmed it himself for awhile before going complete 180 and denying he ever said it when it finally drilled into his head how bad of a potential mate that made him look. The apple didn't fall far from the tree with lucas and his mother to be sure, it really makes me wonder what his childhood was actually like. His entire family just comes off as weird

In my opinion, Lucas is a textbook paranoid schizophrenic, but it's hard to disagree with other assessments that view him as autistic as well given his alien-like understanding of how human interaction works. I'd say his hatred for religion stems more from his own lack of knowledge and narcissistic "interpretation" of what scripture he reads. Christians are to love one another so in his mind it becomes Christians should put up with his shit/let him get away with it. They should give him what he wants. Christians are hypocrites because no christian girls are lining up to be his ovulating kween, and his behavior gets him banned from christian run homeless shelters

There's something I want to discuss about Lucas. His hallucinations.

It's come to my mind recently that his hallucinations are much more severe than I ever suspected in the past.

My evidence for this is several things: recently he hasn't shut up about men taking multiple women from bars in front of him, raising the number to His Highest yet, 12, which is obviously farcical.
This raises the question: is Lucas seeing large groups of people that he assumes are all sexually involved? Or is Lucas seeing people who aren't there?

As in, is he hallucinating human beings who don't exist?

My second bit of evidence is the following: Lucas has talked endlessly about being cock-blocked. But recently, he said multiple times that he's never once approached a woman IRL. As in, he's never asked a woman out on a date. Now these are his words.

If Lucas has never asked a woman out on a date, then how has he ever been cock blocked?

Something about the presence of men near him, I guess makes him feel as if the men are a threat?

He's talked about being in bars, and people starting to talk about how he's a 40 year old. I don't believe this. I think Lucas is having auditory hallucinations.

I think Lucas has Visual and auditory hallucinations.

I think he sees and hears things which don't exist.

I think he sees and hears things which both torture him, and feed into his narcissism.

He seems to see men stealing women from him, and cock blocking him. But the cock blocking also allows Lucas to have an excuse for never having success with women, so it's a double-edged sword.

I would appreciate another kiwi discussing this seriously.

Because right at the end of the last podcast with Goldie, Lucas was too angry to seriously answer the question about the voices on the wind. The background noise bigots as he called them in that famous video... which is the closest he's ever gotten to discussing hallucinations.

Of course, in that video, he didn't think they were hallucinations. He was describing reacting to the noises of traffic outside, and the murmur of neighbors through the wall, as if it was a very natural thing that everyone does.

Lucas doesn't seem to realize that he hallucinates, which makes me wonder if it's ever been seriously addressed.

If that really is true, you would have to wonder if HOC would permanently ban him this time? He had been banned a couple years back and then he chimped out at the security guard, and who knows how many other infractions and citations he has had?

It sounds maybe like HOC and maybe one other shelter is all he has left to go to. This won't shake Lucas's confidence though. Oh, no. He is plenty good and is ready to be a dad and take a Kween to Gander and Rye Grass.

I can't wait to hear more about this. If Lucas talks about it, he will be the victim and he did nothing wrong and just rightfully got mad at the bigots.
