He doesn’t know what any of this means so it’s funny how his simple mind ascribes people with these different categorizations. It’s pure narcissism that in Lucas’s world he decides how someone else is supposed to think and feel based on his own distorted perception of what category they fit into. “Oh your a communist but you won’t date me even though I live at a homeless shelter.” This is one of my favourite lines he repeats it’s so nonsensical like communists are supposed to give a fuck

Two things in this video besides the Gen Alpha thing that have me flabbergasted — he says “women aren’t listened to or heard. If you’re a woman telling me to shut up you’re probably stupid” I... okay. And then just how he goes on and on about wanting a woman to “take care of” but the only things he mentions in regards to taking care of her are cooking, rubbing her feet, and once he mentions drawing her a bath.

Sure foot rubs are nice, but I can cook for myself and draw my own baths. If a man was boasting about wanting to “take care of me”, I would expect that to be more of a paying the bills type thing. Not that I expect that, but if someone won’t shut up about how they’re going to take care of me, that’s what I would assume they mean. I don’t need someone cooking my food or running water into the bathtub for me, but if someone wants to pay my bills, more power to them.

Not to sperg about gender roles and potentially earn Disagrees for it, but I think Lucas is missing (another) cultural expectation here. I think he has (correctly) identified that (many) men are okay with less intelligent, less powerful, and/or lesser-earning partners (particularly women.) I think he thinks the reverse is also true with the same frequency. I don't think it is.

Sure, there are women out there who are breadwinners and are alright with (even enjoy, presumably?) having a househusband who can cook, clean, and take care of kids (nevermind that Lucas can't do any of that competently, let alone well.) But this is still a relatively rare arrangement, compared to the other way around.

Add this to the long list of other rareties that Lucas requires (very young age, very high beauty, whatever) and we can see that even the raw probability of him ever finding a partner meeting all these uncommon/rare criteria compounds to a vanishingly small percentage. That's not even factoring in Lucas' own negative "social market value" or whatever less incel-y term of preference.

ETA: not to mention that he's ONLY LOOKING IN SPOKANE... which is not exactly the most urbane nor progressive of places (sorry to all the Spokaners in thread, but also you know its true.)

also, in what communist society was vagrancy and laziness tolerated? sure, you had bullshit make-work and productivity vaired based on kickbacks, laziness, or crappy morale/pay/equipment, but you had to work or you faced imprisonment or death - the centralized command economy demanded it or it would fail spectacularly. to do otherwise was to be an anti-communist subversive parasite on the working class - undermining class consciousness for the community by purposely not participating in the community.

I'd agree completely except that he goes out of his way to never actually make any moves. But, still, I agree with you in spirit (obviously.)

ETA: by moves I mean actually taking the initiative to try to start a relationship. Lucas only ever gets in his catfish situations, for instance, because the "girl" is the aggressor and invites some random dude to come move in with her in Malibu. Even sans Malibu, and to the sentiment of my last post, this is something that should raise some suspicion. How many women do you know who go out and not only initiate a relationship (lots of women do this), but also initiate all the major relationship milestones? E.g. how many women do you know who aggressively chase men? Probably not 0, but it is ~mostly~ the other way around, and the fact that Lucas hasn't caught on to that in 41 years of existence just continues to blow my mind (not surprise me, but blows my mind nevertheless. From what we've seen lately ( Isik laughing and throwing something at Lucas while he was making a video, making fun of Lucas and his burnt peanut butter sandwich) it doesn't look to me Isik really gives a shit anymore about "putting up with Lucas for free shit".
