He says he got his phone stolen at a party after he got his stimulus. He has always been able to get a new phone as soon as he got his check. This time it took him 3 months to replace it. Something is fishy.

This is total insanity. Now his sperm is electrical? And what he's saying, not that I need to disprove it, but: a feeling of well-being is not necessarily tied into bodily health. If someone takes a painkiller, it can bring about a feeling of well-being, regardless of the lack of health in their body at any particular moment.
