They bought him a few days in Motel 6 but basically when they told him they weren't going to fund his entire life and he couldn't come live with them he got pissed off, accused them of 'being greedy' and cut contact) because in a generally normal family dynamic one doesn't often want to see one's stepkid (or kid) struggling like that but, Lucas has done an amazing job at alienating his family so badly that usually the best he gets now is a $25 P.F. Chang's gift card on his birthday and no other contact.

Lucas has finally had to face some homeless rough nights this year, and maybe that's why we finally saw some desperation from him in his last video. His ample chances may have finally run out after being kicked out of every shelter and housing opportunity.

I implore anyone who feels sorry for this sad sack Lucas to realize he's willingly blown countless chances at housing and a comfortable life. Chances that many thousands of Americans out there would do anything for. The fat faggot needs to finally learn some hard lessons so he can maybe appreciate the people that are continuously willing to save him. Bailing him out will only serve to continue his madness.

I think maybe you're overestimating women's standards. If they were actually that set against angry or jealous men, then there wouldn't be crowds of insane women who practically slide out of their seats while watching movies like Twilight and Fifty Shades of Grey.
Yes, I realize when asked almost all women would say they don't like jealous or angry men. An older video, but REQUIRED VIEWING for any aspiring Wernologist.

In it, Lucas mentions for the first time the background noise voices, (later to be known as "the voices on the wind") discusses what he thinks they try to make people say, and we get a bit of a window of insight into the insanity that he deals with regularly.

He goes into a surprising bit of detail here, mentioning "...cartoon noises that come from pipes...", that sound like "Popeye"? The Popeye reference is intriguing, because at one point last year he was suggesting that Chris Hansen, and several other people, were "Popeye-looking motherfuckers", and no one could figure out what Lucas meant by that.

The reference of "pipes" also has an antecedent. In a video that I've lost track of, when Lucas still had a roof over his head, he mentioned "laughter coming out of the sink <pipes>". This came so entirely out of nowhere, that at the time people were unsure what to make of it. Now we see it as just a further instance of his auditory delusions.

To date, this remains the only video where he's taking this matter seriously and discussing it, so this is a highly important look into the most delusional aspect of his medical condition.

The most concerning aspect of this bizarre video is the fact that Lucas relates it all in the most matter-of-fact fashion, as if he expects the casual viewer to understand and identify with this sort of thought process.

Bonus: more than once in this video, Lucas criticizes people for being "communists" and "commies". Apparently, this was before he decided to identify with this particular political stripe himself. We also see Lucas's problem with prostitutes; the problem with prostitutes is not that they're doing something illegal, or carrying social diseases, although he gives brief, insincere lip service to these facts, no, the real problem with prostitutes is that they "only fuck people their own age". As if that makes any sense. Lucas relates that he called the police several times on these alleged prostitutes (knowing Lucas's limited ability to discern actual reality, the likelihood of these women being actual prostitutes remains in question) that he saw around a downtown hotel, showing us that his narc-like behavior, which got him kicked out of his last room, was not the first instance of tattletailing in his adult life, nor the first instance of narc-ing specifically out of bitterness at him being unable to get laid.

Bonus the 2nd: the regular viewer of this thread will be unsurprised to learn that the hookers both had "blushing faces" and regularly made use of the n-word. What can we say? For someone with so few crayons, he sure draws interestin' pitchers!

What I absolutely love about when he was posting about the time machine and quantum physics was how little he understood about the actual science and how much less he understood about the implications of the science. The whole concept is absolutely theoretical, I mean yes if I was still in my college physics class I would expect to see a test question with the fabled time machine. The question would probably be about concepts such as speed, frequency, and time needed to theoretically achieve the result, but that really is all just calculus level math with a time machine as a sentence filler. But seeing Lucas put his belief in the abstract is always humorous, because he will never come close to understanding why it is impossible and how much one must understand to even remotely attempt such a feat. He also wouldn't grasp how difficult the materials and obtaining them would be, he doesn't grasp how difficult calibration and maintenance of a time machine would be. He really doesn't have a lot of higher level thinking, he starts at point A and goes directly to point F, he doesn't think about how B,C,D, and E are important and vital to reaching point F, he just knows point F is the end result of point A. Think about discovering a new technology that people across all of history have tried or hypothesized about making, and the reason Lucas wants to make it is to win at Powerball. If you create a time machine you already have the most valuable commodity that has ever existed, this really gives a good look into how poorly Lucas plans and how poorly he understands the world around him. Lucas thinks about immediate gratification, and in this case it would be winning the Powerball jackpot , not what he could have done with the time machine if he wanted to go back in history or see into the future, he has a myriad of possibilities and he elects the most ephemeral of them.

I have to say the LA catfish situation was the one event, that if he was not bailed out, would have been the ice cold bucket of water in his face he needs to have some kind of revelation. Not that I wish anything bad on him, but being stuck in a strange, rough city with no support system and no way out may have been exactly what he needed.

Imagine that moment where the reality dawned on him how truly fucked he just made himself, stuck in the skids of LA with no support and no way out? Putting himself in that situation, with life or death consequences, would have been a true eye opener for our Wern. That life’s decisions have real consequences and that the only person really responsible for you is YOU.

Him being bailed out with a train ticket back to Spokane and back into his known, navigable habitat was a huge missed opportunity for a real breakthrough. One he desperately needs.

Lucas certainly doesn't take responsibility for his actions. He feels that he's been wronged by fate, and that all of his problems can and should be fixed by other people. Yet, Lucas understands that he's lost things as the consequences of his behavior, however justified he may have felt. On some primitive level, Lucas understands cause and effect. He understands that further punishment and loss are a possibility. Nothing he is doing is working. And yet he can't help himself anyway.

By overstating Lucas's blindness to the consequences of his actions, we miss out on some of the tragedy and humor of Wernology. Lucas knows he sucks. He copes hard. I doubt Lucas will ever have an epiphany where he sees his fingerprints all over his agony and consciously acknowledges that he has shaped his own silly little hell. I doubt he understands the opportunities that he's wasted. But he knows that he's a fuck up, by the standards that matter most to him (teenage girls) and it kills him.

I don't think Lucas was entirely lying there. It can be extremely lonely living in Section 8 housing without a vehicle or much money, and diabetic ridden legs that make it hard for him to walk.
