Have you tried YooKassa? It is a Chinese-Russian operated payment processor. You can also essentially use the crowdfunding platform you are already using as a way to receive direct monetary support by making monthly "goals" where people can support you by donating. Another thing that may be worth trying is Locals since you already have a Rumble account
