Hate to say this since it's every corpo toe licking tranny's favorite line to quote, but xitter is a private platform and their moderation policies are not subject to your 1st amendment rights. It's not that hard to understand, no one should have to point this out to you.

Okay private company, then why does Josh even care, why is he appealing then if "that is what it is"? Either his rights are being infringed that he seems to imply by all the deplatforming that has occurred to him and that it is harming financial prospects and the ability to run his website, or it's just private companies being right to do so.

Hindsight is 20/20, but "can't wait until all your actions and works are consigned to the dustbin of history, totally and utterly forgotten, and the rest of us can move the fuck on" would probably be acceptable since it doesn't involve any "violent" words.
