Null, one question that'd be interesting to get your take on, maybe on MATI. With LLMs having basically scraped all of known human data, violating probably every copyright, and having to resort even synthetic data (LLM produced) to create their powerful models, do you think that will eventually be the death of copyright and bring a true era of fair use? Or will the courts allow Big Tech to keep their "training data" secret and just let them have that big exception, while fucking over every other fair use user that isn't a billion dollar company?
I feel we are one major copyright lawsuit away from knowing the answer, but perhaps you know better.
