It seems like ElissaClips would probably a good person to tap for this. Just because they have a lot of experience with clipping things and creating content.I am finally committing to the YT clip idea. If you're someone familiar with video editors, especially for clipping fan stuff already, please reach out by email to the email on the site: https://madattheinternet.com/
I am not sure what kind of communication I want to set up. I really want to avoid a Discord since it's unencrypted Tencent malware but I think the only other alternative is Slack, and if you have to sign into a specific slack you're probably less likely to stay in touch, so I might just have to make a Discord. The Discord will not be some super secret writing room, it'll be for the purpose of discussing clips for social media so I can guerilla market the stream podcast on the websites that suck and get people to the websites that don't suck.
I don't have the specifics worked out but basically I'd want...
* Content guidelines made with some input (especially from people who actually know what to avoid to get clapped on this shitass sites) on what to censor. I like the PDP distorted bass / triggered sfx for bleeping.
* Both 16:9 (10 ~ 30 minute) clips for YouTube and 9:16 (60 second) clips Shorts/TikTok.
* Assets and editing guidelines so that multiple volunteers submitting clips don't look like they're just random people doing whatever they want.
And just so we're clear I neither have any clue how to manage people and I have no clue how to produce content for broader consumption so this is a very difficult and daunting task for me. I'm very bad at delegating in general.
Idk who else is a popular clipper, but tell them these are the guidelines you want.
Then they will be the management of clippers to help people do this and help with questions
