Things were looking so bad in 2023 bros, these people were on their way to becoming whisperers to the throne.

Look at where we are now, in just two years
look at the utter dejection on destiny's face. it's as if, just for that one moment, he peered into the future and saw what awaited him. dune reference.

Out of the loop on the nigger dysfunction fad here. Did Null say “black people are cool” last stream and you’re making him eat his words?

Canada strikes again... "1 charged with assault" NOT even a single descriptor for this "1"... really makes you think don't it?
Released from custody and walking free right now btw.
Another article, from the Grande Prairie Daily Herald Tribune (archive)

A Grande Prairie parent, Alice Michael Attwood, 35, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault following a Feb. 19 incident that left their two children with knife wounds and requiring immediate medical aid.

Const. Corey Riggs, the RCMP public information officer, confirmed that Attwood was arrested and taken before a justice of the peace. They were released until their next court date. Riggs said there are few details. The file is still under investigation, and no media release was made following the incident.

A family member, who asked to remain anonymous to protect other family members told DHT they were advised that a Form-8 was another course of action that might protect family members and the public at large.

A Form-8 is a warrant issued by an Alberta judge following an application when there may be reasons to arrest the individual for psychiatric assessment. The individual may pose a risk to themselves or others because of their mental capacity. The warrant allows the attending physician to keep the individual in a medical facility for up to 30 days. She added that the successful application was a relief for family members.

Now they could focus their efforts on ensuring the children’s safety and that the injured daughter was on the road to recovery.

Attwood worked with Alberta Health Services as an EMT in Fairview for several years, said Joan. She believes them to be very capable of manipulating others and telling them what they want to hear. That’s why learning they were going to be released from GPRH on Feb. 25 wasn’t as big of a surprise as it should have been.

That they can be out and a continued threat to the family is reprehensible, she added. An eight-year-old child whose esophagus was severed in the attack faces several months on a feeding tube. Other family members are scrambling to find ways to ensure and their safety, she added.

Attwood’s social media platforms including Discord and Facebook have had posts mentioning the attacks since their arrest.

“Umm I stabbed a hole in her shoulder yes but…held it shut until EMS arrived…yes I stabbed her but I didn’t slash her like that at all. I was trying to remain optimistic given my situation that doesn’t mean i haven’t been remorseful. It sucks and I apologize. I’ll just…take my space and do my therapy.” reads one post screen shot by another Discord user and posted again to Facebook.

An outpouring on social media focused on admissions posted to Attwood’s accounts and support for the injured children and impacted family.

Beside the safety of the children, Joan wants to know how or why a court would release Attwood after they admitted to committing the acts. No one in the family wanted to see information in the media, she said. But somehow no one believed there was a continued risk to family members.

“The court system has really dropped the ball here.”

Attwood is scheduled to appear at the Alberta Court of Justice in Grande Prairie on Mar. 13.

The article notes that "a family member... asked to remain anonymous to protect other family members" then names that person multiple times.

The incident was mildly and passively described in other papers as "a child [suffered] a serious non-life-threatening knife wound [and a] second child was assessed minor wounds from a knife." He described it himself as having stabbed "[his] daughter in the shoulder, and scraped [his] son's arm". What appears to have actually happened is that he sliced the girl's throat open and slashed at his son when the boy tried to defend his sister.

An eight-year-old child whose esophagus was severed in the attack faces several months on a feeding tube.

It's totally not his fault, though. He feels sorry, but he's the real victim here.

"Umm I stabbed a hole in her shoulder yes but…held it shut until EMS arrived…yes I stabbed her but I didn’t slash her like that at all. I was trying to remain optimistic given my situation that doesn’t mean i haven’t been remorseful. It sucks and I apologize. I’ll just…take my space and do my therapy."

"For obvious reasons I’m going to sit and stay silent on the locally viral rumors going around. I understand people’s upset (trust it’s not as high as my own) and I’m going to answer for what I did. When I can see the picture more clearly then I will be here to hold myself accountable as well. It’s just… not the right time for that. I need to focus on my mental health and finding the WHY to this happening… which means not being online. I am very apologetic and hurt though. Trust that. This was nowhere near my 2025 bingo card"

"[In] the psychology ward. I sort of had a break happen. My kids are OK, but I did sort of… unconsciously stab [my daughter] in the shoulder. I feel terrible. Then I had this feeling in emergency tonight that a ritual was taking place and people didn’t even know it… but I watched the whole thing unfold. I even saw an Indigenous queen. She was so regal. (Literal old lady with her son walking around.) All in my head of course, but it did… kind of make me feel better about the whole thing."

Attwood responded to a woman who offered him sympathy for his situation, writing: “Thank you so much. I was definitely terrified of just being rejected for that happening. I’ve got a lot to go through now, and it’ll be a lot of work… but I finally found my friends… And it’s all of YOUUUU. Mod Squad!!! Assemble!”

Here is a link to a post in the True Crime, Transgender Edition thread with more about this guy.

There are links to some of his social media accounts and more information on him there. I have not been able to archive any of his social media yet, so maybe someone can do that if there's anything interesting there. He doesn't have a page on here.

Andy Ngo and Reduxx (especially good coverage with additional insane quotes) have also posted about it.

I am going crazy trying to remember a painting I liked. It was something like "Dog, Cat, and Frog" - like three animals, pretty sure at least one a cat, and one very small animal. I vaguely remember it being semi-realistic, hanging in either Belgium or the Netherlands or some shit like that, and it was just kind of whimsical and nice and it stuck with me.
Google brought up an artblog by Anna Dennis with a similar title. Not what you are looking for, but still cute.

@Null some Br*tish suffering for your consideration.
People would need to change their behaviour in some ways, such as by eating about 260g less meat each week, but this was likely to happen gradually and in line with health trends. “We are absolutely not saying everyone needs to be vegan. But we do expect to see a shift in dietary habits,” said Emily Nurse, head of net zero at the Climate Change Committee, which on Wednesday published its official advice to the government on meeting the UK’s target of reaching net zero emissions by 2050.
Flights should be more expensive by the 2040s [...] It did find that a frequent flyer tax would have broad public support, and called on the aviation industry to take responsibility for reducing the resulting climate impact through investments in sustainable fuels and greater efficiency.

Gas boilers will have to go, people will have to use public transport and walk and cycle more frequently, while homes will need to be much better insulated, saving money as well as carbon, the CCC said.
There is broad public support for these moves, according to a representative citizens’ panel convened by the CCC and other polling.
The CCC, the independent adviser to the government on the climate, set out its advice on cutting emissions from 2038 to 2042, the seventh carbon budget in a series stretching back to the Climate Change Act of 2008. Carbon dioxide and its equivalents must be cut to about a quarter of today’s levels to be on track to meet the legally binding goal of net zero emissions by 2050.

I like regular fishing, and I could ice fish, and have never once had the inclination. I feel like the two things are worlds apart. Maybe it's as big a difference as casual off-roading and NASCAR.

I think he can just smell keffals' axe wound. I'd probably make a face too if I was that close to it.
