It was not a bill, it was an OCC regulation that can be unpaused at any moment and was frozen by Biden in his first week.

Someone leaked the trailer of that live action powerpuff girls show about the girls being adults and more modern shit added to it, they managed to make a pilot episode but got canned shortly after, the script got leaked around that time and now we're able to see how it looked like;
