"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

Somehow this hasn't happened anywhere weed is actually illegal in the real United States

Not for long most places will go green. Might take a while for some states. Personally I am not a weed guy, but I am not against it. Alcohol is much more destructive I have seen many people lose there job to showing up sloshed, weed users go about their work day like normal.

So imagine just being a kid walking around with a joint in your pocket and they ruin your weekend for no reason, fuck them.
I've got a groundbreaking life hack. From the sounds of it you have never conceived such an idea. Seriously, it will blow your mind: Walk around WITHOUT a joint in your pocket. That way if the cops search you, they won't find a joint.

Why do you want cops searching random citizens for no reason? Do you like the idea of a police state LMAO. Maybe the right-wing are not so good to listen to. Maybe centrists bring up a good balanced point.

I'm the last to defend cops, but unannounced searches are not unreasonable. It's the same with any kind of watchdog or institution whose job involves potentially adversarial work like investigating crimes of various kinds. If they had to announce every search they make ahead of time, what's the point in searching anyone at all? Of course every culprit is going to hide their illegal stuff then.
> but if they can just search me unannounced they might find my illegal drugs
The entire point of a system like this is to disincentivise you from carrying any in the first place. Your argument boils down to "Why should law enforcement be allowed to enforce the law? That's unfair."

I'm the last to defend cops, but
Look if you give a reason sure they should be able to investigate you like your moving in and out of drug dens all the time, but if you are going to your friends house to help her move a cabinet upstairs why are they carding you for walking over there. I thought Americans are pro freedom not some sort of government slave.

Maybe the right-wing

I thought Americans
You are (doubtless not the first time) making assumptions and projecting some kind of boogieman onto anonymous strangers on the internet.

The police aren't omniscient, they have no way of knowing whether 'your friend' is genuinely just a law-abiding acquaintance of yours, or whether you merely call her your friend and she's actually where you get your cocaine supply from. The only way for them to find out for certain, is to search you while you're on your way to or from her.

Just open your mouth and insert cop cock if you are lucky you will inhale a testicle while you are at it.

Can I file this emotional outburst under "I was wrong about something on the internet, engage meltdown mode."?
It's just weird like people on here think its fucked up they cant freely say Nigger on twitter or reddit in one breath but in another breath think cops should be able to do random searches on citizens who are just walking around. Clearly there is some sort of disconnect.

There are no circumstances where a Citizen should be subjected to a random search.
Walking out of a Nike store window with a bulging backpack during a peaceful protest,
That’s a reasonable time to get questioned.

Are you arguing for no-knock raids or random searches? Either way you're retarded.
If you wanna get frisked so badly buy a hooker.

No-one is hurt by words and if they are, they deserve to be. But circulating heavily addictive substances is a different matter entirely. It doesn't matter if you intend to sell them during acquisition, you could change your mind on that any time (or claim you did when you get caught selling them).
> B-but MY drug isn't addictive, I swear! I'm not addicted, I could quit any time.
You would not get this upset over people searching you for illegal drugs if you didn't live in constant fear of getting caught with them. If pot is such an easy drug to quit, prove that it is and do so. Your investment in its legalization will implode rapidly, the moment your mood isn't predicated on getting your next fix.

I Have personally been frisked for no reason in my neighborhood and it was demoralizing, they searched me for no reason they just thought maybe they could find something. I do not care what other people carry whether its illegal shit or a box of Kraft Dinner. People who are not involved or are suspected of not doing anything wrong should be allowed to pass freely through a free society without being pressed by the government.

I'm always pro-random-searches, that's basically the whole justification for them existing. If you abolish random searches and everything like it you may as well abolish law enforcement entirely. A search is pointless if it is scheduled or otherwise predictable.

Cops deserve everything awful that comes their way for one reason and one reason only: The system as a whole is completely and utterly corrupt, almost every aspect of the government's apparatus and the private sector is insidious and law enforcement chooses to be its enforcing arm. If Cletus and Seamus were to put on their wifebeaters and get together with some guns and pickup trucks and clean out their country, the police are the first line of defense protecting semitic parasites and their pet negro slaves. In an age where crime is rampant and the police can't stop every crime, it becomes their choice which laws to enforce and which crimes to investigate. They could just look the other way when good men take up arms and clear out the infestation, but they don't do that. The country they 'serve' suffers and dies BECAUSE the police choose for it to.

Catching actual criminals including druggies is one of the few things the police is SUPPOSED to do. That's one of the very few good things they do. There are so many things you could shit on them for, why is 'how dare they do their job' the thing you go for?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Fuck off out of America with this state nutsucking shit, retard.

Let me just rattle down some obsolete lingo that has been moot since the patriot act and potentially since before.
I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about this. Say things were done your way.
Imagine you're a crack dealer. The police ask to search the back of your car, you tell them to fuck off and come back with a warrant. They say they will.
Now you know that they will come back with a warrant to search the back of your car. Obviously you're not just going to leave your crack supply in there, you're going to hide it somewhere else. Obviously they're never going to catch you at this rate, they're never going to prove that you're in possession of drugs. But that doesn't magically make you an innocent, law-abiding citizen, you're still a criminal who belongs behind bars.

So if you're going to restrict law enforcement in such a way where they can never investigate anything without announcing it in some way ahead of time first, why fund them in the first place? It's not like they're going to catch anyone, any retard can just outmaneuver them easily then.

This guy is 4d chess trolling because I have never seen a wall of text this fucking stupid.

Why stop there? Why not allow the cops to have full wire taps on your phones and everyone wears a bug so nothing illegal happens. Lets incentivize government informants and rats to catch people on mundane shit like selling a friend alcohol after hours. Imagine living in a place you are describing, North Korea sounds better and is probably less oppressive.
