The girls whom died at Waukesha did not deserve it, neither did the boys getting diddled.
BUT! What was taken from them can never be given back, they are forever damaged. We must deal with that in a sane and pragmatic way.
You're essentially arguing that we should puppeteer the corpses of those girls and pretend they are alive and make a charade of them go to school and have normal lives even though they are corpses. The innocence of those boys are gone just like the lives of those girls, it can't be recovered, their humanity is irreparably damaged, so going forward pretending like nothing has happened because "they're the victims" is just macabre.
