It's very hard to believe these redditors are picked at random. They all seem to be variations on the same soys, trannies and soy trannies.

I'm seeing rumblings on /x/ where anons are mad that Dead Rabbit Radio, who has hundreds of paranormal podcasts and 4-digit views on YouTube, is upstaged by Wendigoon's success with the conspiracy theory iceberg videos. Wendigoon's a mild friend of Turkey Tom despite being a /k/ommando christian, and everyone is pretty clear that Wendigoon scripted the right content at the right time & appears humble and presentable on camera. Still, some stubborn anons think it's a deep state jewish conspiracy and others troll the fuck out of Dead Rabbit Radio just because. I just see it searching for the most authentic and fresh creepypasta around.

And for those who care, Wendigoon has a thread here. It may seem like a comfy thread to follow a fellow nerd enjoying being a nerd and detailing why the JFK assassination was done by the CIA in the most enthusiastic way possible, but the real horror is the underlying dread we'll lose another fun guy to the jaws of internet fame.

Tomboy definitions I would ascribe to:

1. A prepubescent girl who rejects things which are "girly." It's a rejection of femininity altogether. They seek boy-oriented activities like sports.
2. A label to describe women who seem less girly than women are expected to be, often have short hair and are sporty. Lacks the rejection of femininity.

I was a tomboy as a kid and I believe it's caused by how much girlyness is pushed on girls. It feels like pink has to be your favorite color and you have to play with dolls so you reject it. Combine this with 90's girl power messaging and a tomboy is born. Obviously this is something every tomboy grows out of unless they're mentally unwell. Even if a (young) woman keeps rejecting the level of femininity she's expected to inhabit, she's not a tomboy. All women embrace their femininity at some point, you kind of just have to. It stops being a total rejection of it, again, unless mentally unwell and you should avoid. Those are an outlier however.
Definition 2 is just a label to describe a type. I pretty much only see this used by guys to describe a certain kind of gym girl. I think lesbians use the word amongst themselves but eh, they're in their own separate category.

Many of the definitions I see people use for tomboy seems to lack the rejection of expected girlishness and childhood aspects. It's something nobody seems to agree on. I think women can be boyish (as in not performing tons of femininity) and have male-oriented hobbies without the tomboy label coming out; it's infantile. If somebody I knew used it on me I'd be insulted.

Yeah it was used to refer to children who didn't fit the extremely strict feminine roles that little girls were always forced into since the dawn of time (wear nice dresses, don't get dirty, help mommy in kitchen, don't be wild and loud, learn to knit and play the flute blah blah). A large majority of women are "tomboys" as children, cause guess what, girls like to climb trees, play sports with boys, some don't like pink or Barbies but like blue and trucks instead. It's perfectly normal behavior for a child, the only reason there is a term for it is because of strict gender roles imposed on little children that shouldn't even exist in the first place.

Only recently have weebs made it a fetish because they are emotionally stunted manbabies who can not relate to women who are feminine because femininity is alien to them so they want a girl who not only acts like a boy (because that's the only thing they can understand), but also doesn't have any expectations of you like a feminine woman would, for example doesn't expect you to be groomed and hygienic, doesn't expect flowers or romantic dates, accepts you acting like a gross retarded unsocialized coomer and embraces your manchild ways because she is "just like a boy" and will burp, fart and eat pizza with you. Minimal effort, no need to empathize or improve anything about yourself. That's the real reason why the tomboy fetish is so popular.

Edit: On the discussion of tomboys, they are girls who usually grew up with boys. Like brothers or cousins and did the activities you'd associate with boys doing sports and outdoor activities. This comes from a want to compete to be seen as equal as the boys that they play with, to keep up with them and prove that they can hang with them.
Anime has distorted that into a trope for girls who are athletic.

I saw this pop up in yt chat, but during Rekieta's spiral into youtube banned-dom, he advised not deleting videos if pulling live episodes from youtube- rather you should private them. The issue with deleting is you can't contest a strike on a deleted video, because youtube's backend is dogshit wrt moderation. Best practice is to private. This prevents people from viewing after the stream, while still allowing a strike to be appealed if it is processed.

That said, I'm not sure if the MatI strikes would be that contestable in general.

On another topic from this show, I had thought Null had rolled his own chat integrator back in the old days, didn't realize it was 3rd party and the limitations. That really would be a killer app, integrating chats from across services to display on a live stream. Even better if it could collate super chats and other paid notices.... I know Odysee's is paid comment logger is maybe just ok and Rumble's sucks.

Agreed on 1. The issue with Rackets was the video was flagged while live. He deleted it after the stream, but youtube processed the strike after the deletion. I can pull his commentary on it if you like, I think it was his third strike, the debate with pokemon streamer and Lucas defender.

Flip side, Rekieta is an unreliable narrator.
