In case people are worried they just saw a dead child. Hollie liked to take photos of her child sleeping in her bed with her and post them online. Totally normal behavior of course....That was the kid sleeping when he was a young child. Everday she posts this stuff she NEVER stops and the brown nosing towards her never stops either.

I mean if the Walmart is shitty enough, but at that point why bring your kids? I’ve seen a few nigga moments happen and typically most people will only congregate if you engage.
I can entertain the idea of a black woman blocking someone in to down talk them. I’ve seen it happen, they will physically stand behind your car and wait all day just to be petty.
However the guy sounds like an absolute retard by going to the most ghetto Walmart where an African Queen would destroy his car for slighting her or escalating a situation beyond some black woman sassing him.

I am not a lawyer, and I don't play one on the Internet, but my CCW classes and research say he fucked up at least four five fuck 10 times.
- He didn't deescalate when someone ran a stop sign and "required" his right of way. When you're packin' you gotta let shit like that slide, even if you're in the right.
- When being followed, he didn't immediately head to a police station or call the cops, and let himself get boxed in.
- When boxed in, he didn't stay in the vehicle with the doors locked and window up, nor did he drive over the curb to escape (the second may have been impossible).
- He spent "ten minutes" getting ear-raped by niggers and didn't once call the cops - the first to call the cops almost always wins.
- He threatened and then brandished a gun. You do not mention you have a gun, and you do not draw it until you're going to shoot a nigger to kill.
- He tried to get to the Walmart, if he was "in fear for his life" he wouldn't have left the vehicle.
- He called his gun an EDC which is reddit-tier faggotry.
- He posted this shit on the Internet which even if it is ALL TRUE is an absolute batshit thing to do. Anyone who has a good CCW instructor will have been given the phone number of a lawyer that you call IMMEDIATELY after you have to draw your gun, and you SHUT THE FUCK UP.
- He didn't get a lawyer and take the misdemeanor plea, which if he has a lawyer, would be nothing on his record.

I am a lawyer and a concealed carry guy. Null was pretty much accurate in his analysis of the walmart situation. There is no reason to bicker with some black lady for ten minutes, and the white woman threatening to shoot the black lady for pushing her is defiantly an escalation. They should have gotten in the car, called 911, and waited for the cops; or just have the dad watch mom's back while she gets the kids out and head into walmart. Being a public menace and having your own melaninated moment is never a great precursor to a self defense shooting.

I have done retail in areas of socio-economic factors. You can get by without incident mostly by avoiding eye contact. My psycho ex who is also a mega road rager got into an altercation almost immediately after visiting my store when she felt someone had cut her off. They got out and punched her through the window she had rolled down so she could yell at them.

Pretty much what I would say, but a bit more elaboration on some points. For 1-3: if you're carrying you need to present yourself as someone who isn't looking for that kind of situation. Maybe the stop sign thing was a genuine mistake, but you need the situational awareness to make sure that person is not following you. In somewhere as pedestrian/traffic-heavy as a parking lot you'd have to be a deficient driver not to notice. The alternative is that you want them to force you into a situation where you have no other choice. While it's no legal requirement it's advisable to find a spot you're able to pull-through and park front wheels out.
For 5, he states his wife made the threat. That's some burden off of him but doesn't change how it effects the context of the situation. Someone saying "I will defend myself against your threatened lethal violence" is absolutely not a justification to draw/brandish.
While I agree on 7, it bears pointing out that the "carry" implies keeping it on your person and not stored in a vehicle. Entering the vehicle, retrieving it, and exiting again are all steps where a more rational person should realize this isn't the correct call. If he drew from on his person after the black woman actually had a weapon, it's a much more open question since his wife made the threats. Still not ideal but way easier to defend in court.
Final point, police reports read awkwardly with the use of person/subject/individual but that verbiage is used for a very good reason. Even when calling 911 it's advisable not to mention race/sex until the operator asks. When your post/manifesto mentions "black" 19 separate times, and woman almost as many, you're really not doing yourself any favors.

To answer your question about the Poast member v. Buhlacks. Given the story is taken at face value. The solution would have been to not pull out his gun. That was probably the biggest fuckup. The biggest thing they tell you when it comes to carrying personal protection is to NEVER pull it out unless you intend to use it, and only use it when you have no other solution but to end a life. Even if he got his ass beat in front of his wife and children, at least he would have had recourse. Now he's just a dumb fuck that pulled his gun on people. The fact that he got his gun taken away and presumably can't carry anymore means that the system actually got it right. Idiots that have no idea when to use lethal force have no right to carry it like a fashion statement.
