Digibro's recent developments should at least be mentioned this week since they were missed in last week's stream. A decent amount of stuff has happened since then as well. For a quick rundown of events and relevant information,
Also I guess Minneapolis and 230 go without saying lol.

Other than finding his interview with Jim cringy I didn't really have much of a solid opinion on PPP, but I sure do now. Listening to PPP argue in bad faith for two hours was painful. Making nebulous, ominous accusations and then going 'i don't knoooooooow" before asking same question that was just answered again and again, jfc. Gradually I began to hate him...
After listening to all of it, my opinion has changed slightly. It took me a while to realise that it wasn't that PPP was just being obtuse. Again and again he'd accuse Null of being paid by Dax, Null would explain how Newproject2 worked, and that the money wasn't Dax's to give. PPP would listen quietly, not really dispute anything Null said, then 5 minutes later say exactly the same thing again.

There was a point when Null emphatically told him that he'd never taken a penny of Dax's own money. I think at that point PPP actually did understand, and perhaps started to question what he'd been told (whether by Kraut or Godwinson) It was at that point he went from just being an idiot to full on Grifter. He realized that the only reason he's able to interact with Metokur and Null and get any sort of audience for his videos is because of these allegations.

Maybe I'm wrong, his takes on religion are utterly enthralling, he might have notes on economic and foreign policy that he could share with his rapidly growing audience.

Null is losing it
Can't really blame him. Trump's looking to repeal Section 230. That's the end of Kiwifarms and the entire Internet as we know it.

My take: this is just Trump's usual opening gambit where he overshoots and then settles for what he really wants. I doubt he'll actually repeal Section 230.
Even so, I think Josh is right to be gravely concerned about 230 being so publicly attacked like this. This EO almost certainly won't do anything on its own but it will get the ball rolling for sure.

It’s going to get tied up in litigation. The president doesn’t have the authority to make new law without going through Congress.

I see we're going full doomer today. This is going to be fun.

if only we knew how bad things are going to become. I wonder if he has read Industrial Society and its future. Ted Kazynski predicted all of this to the letter.
