"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

I was gonna do a Joshcore cover, but as a tribute, I think the filtered instrumental track without vocals is a better fit.

Someone mentioned Ed Hutton (The Jolly Heretic) in the Sept. 1st MATI stream.

The guy interviewed John Zerzan last year:

Eco-Philosopher Anarchist John Zerzan Tells Us Why Civilization is a Very Bad Thing
(can't embed Bitchute, sorry).

John Zerzan is one of the figureheads of anarcho-primitivism. Among other things, his writings are often credited as a main inspiration for the '90es Black Bloc movement, and he was an active supporter of Ted K in the years after Ted K was caught.

I only know of the Jolly Heretic because of this interview, but it's pretty easy to figure out his political leanings by scrolling through his video titles.

The interview is kind of interesting because Zerzan (who mostly dislikes the left but still has strong lefty tendencies) is unaware of Jolly Heretic's CHUDness until well within the interview. Actually during the interview Zerzan never accuses him of being alt-right, he rather calls Jolly Heretic out for referencing discredited anthropological studies, and stayed on the interview for some time, so kudos to him for actually debating a bit and not storming off the second he smelled nazi scum.

Zerzan commented on this later during his own radio show, where he says that of course, had he had the full picture of Jolly Heretic's beliefs in advance, he never would have agreed to the interview:

(relevant part is from 5:00 to 8:10)

A case study on the massive overlap between anti-fascist anarchism and eco-fascism, and also a missed opportunity for the foundation of a new unholy alliance. Zerzan is ultimately a boomer with no vision.

Too bad Josh dont have time to stream games right now. This game seems just like his kind of thing.

This is made better knowing that the top steam reviews for the game are not in praise of it, but are plugs for Snoot Game. The highest rated review has been negative each time, criticizing the game's bareboned nature, supar voice acting, and how there is only nine months left before the world is wiped out, but there is a sudden seven month time skip to the literal end of the world.

Since the current outlook for getting the podcast feed up seems pretty bleak, is there any other option for us audio only people? I cannot spare the time to sit and watch an episode but am frequently on the road (rural so no streaming) or flying for hours at a time.

I always would download off my audio cast player but still stuck with goodbye whorse as the most recent episode. It's been months since I could listen :(
i just wait for the kind faggot who posts the mp3 to this thread, and download that and send it to my phone for play via vlc

you could probably do something abit fastter with yt-dpl pointed at whatever streaming site it understands that still carries the KNiC

it's niggerrigged, but it works.

If you've got an Android phone get NewPipe and find one of the archive channels. Only hitch is trannies sometimes taking down archive channels and having to wait 2-3 days for a new one to pop up.

Alternately (still only on Android) get Firefox (and uBlock Origin for it for good measure) and just listen on Odysee. Firefox lets you play the video with the screen turned off.

One more last minute song suggestion, and I can't believe I didn't think of this one earlier. It's perfect, very appropriate given recent events.

Jimmy Buffet's "Margaritaville" by Ethan Ralph

RIP Jimmy Buffet - Boomers, Beach Bums, and Waterpark Enthusiasts worldwide mourn your loss.

Fits Ralph's voice well and is appropriate considering his recent battle with sobriety, lady problems, and his continuing exile in Mexico.

Also- I don't know if a thread like this exists but it would be fun to have a MATI adjacent thread for people to submit their MATI related music suggestions, memes, videos, outsider art, etc. If Josh is ever light on content he could show anything from the thread he finds amusing for a few extra minutes. He could call the segment the "Kiwi Kyahntent Korner."
