My list was about why everyone hates NFTs in general, since you said you don't know why everyone's so mad about them.
I don't know how a legal framework for selling rights with the NFT would look like, but I know that the mainstream people don't add any contractual shit to it since they don't actually care about selling anything. The whole thing is treated like the wild west by scammers, with people selling NFTs of artworks they don't own themselves etc. There's no checks at all.

I don't really see the point of it tbh, you still need actual courts to enforce anything, so why not sell shit the old fashioned way. It makes sense for you, since you're banned from everything, but most of the people involved with this aren't and can just send a paypal invoice. Good on Stonetoss that he managed to milk this, but I hope his customers don't end up regretting it because they thought it's something it isn't. I doubt they would have paid that much for a regular commission by him. I see that with other artists too, patrons can pay to have a custom piece of art created for a fraction of what they pay for a useless uncustomized NFT. This whole thing reeks of cognitive dysfunction and market manipulation.

I'm happy if you can make money this way, I just wanted to make you know what kind of market you're dealing with.

I personally don't see much value in this current trend of NFTs as images instead of giving them a legitimate usecase like identity verification, but this is just plain misinformation. The vast majority of NFT images are stored on IPFS, which is basically a torrent and will not realistically ever disappear. Some are even stored directly on-chain, but this is prohibitively expensive at the moment.

Also forgot to mention how hard I had to fight not to crack up hearing Casey Niestat had his fucking car robbed, and then had the nerve to call LA a shithole. Rightfully, LA is a shithole, but this is coming from a guy who, up until three years ago was living in New York fucking City, equally crime ridden and equally filled with incompetent police. Plus, he's been living in L.A for three years, and he only now got robbed. Having made a small post on Casey, and having been a fan of his work, I know deep down it means nothing more then a minor annoyance, since he's destroyed his own equipment in frustration before. Casey constantly breaks cameras, and overall doesn't seem to give much of a fuck about doing what he wants to things he owns. For him to sit and say reeeee my car got broken into reeeeeee is rather humorous to me, seeing as he's an actual millionaire who can replace whatever may have been stolen.

I know it's in poor form to respond to a shitpost, but I seriously doubt women in a shelter are SJW janissaries. The only tranny act I support is owning women in sports because it's funny and nobody really gets hurt (unless its MMA, but I don't really understand women fighting each other in the first place. Who wants to see two trenned up harpies battering each other?).

New York is bad, but there's something particularly evil and shitty about L.A. It seems to rot the souls and minds of everyone who moves there.

Look I'm not a fan of nfts themselves but I hate when people say this shit about crypto because it's just saying "just stay with fiat currency and pay into a single system for a bunch of rich people to defraud and ruin the environment in the socially acceptable way", such fucking bullshit

Cryptos solution to environmental concerns are solutions like Proof of Stake like eth2, the mainstream media solution is regressive consumer taxes like carbon tax on white nations to fund and incentivize China's, India's, and Africa's incredibly dirty industries. Really makes me think.
