There's some stuff in the Sam Hyde thread, I remember seeing random screencaps posted on 4chan every now and then about it. Given the source of information, I always gave sam the benefit of the doubt, but there might be some truth to it. I could see Sam pumping and dumping some mentally fucked tripfags and female fans. I just hope he fulfills his destiny and beats that roach, Hasan, in a fight.

Regarding the "Kiwi chat" browser extension idea to add a chatroom to any webpage, given the fate of Gab's Dissenter and how Google/Mozilla operate, might be worth considering making the add-on "server agnostic" so the users have to manually type in what server URL to connect to and fetch/post comments (only once upon installation ofc). That way the extension itself and whichever entity publishes it are completely separate from the content on KF's instance which Google/Mozilla have no control over.

I know people don’t like weight loss advice, so I’m not gonna give any.
Just want to say that keto isn’t all or nothing, carb cycling is common and helpful for many people because you get the appetite suppression of keto most days, but can ‘refeed’ with some carbs a day or two out of the week.
So stay mad ketofags.

keto is legit if your goal is low blood sugar, which will have tremendous benefits in diabetics and pre-diabetics. doing keto for a while has even been reported to reverse insulin insensitivity. i whole-heartedly recommend it to anybody who has these issues.

that said, keto isn't intended as a weight loss diet, and wolfing down steak and eggs and bacon by the pound isn't gonna help you lose weight just because it's keto.
