"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

I can't wait to fire up my 1930's Hellicrafters Sky Champion and tune in to WBCQ out of Maine or WRMI out of Florida and hear Null dropping gamer words and ranting about trannies on shortwave.

The logical conclusion to the Kiwi Farms will be its userbase becoming so mad at the Internet, that they depart the online world forever for the solitude of heavily-fortified chicken farms situated in remote locations.

"Mommy who lives in that castle?"

"That's not a castle, dear. That's an Aumish chicken farm."

"What's an Aumish?"

"You know those funny bearded men who ride around in pony and traps and who sometimes sell us pies at the market? They're the Amish. The person who lives in that chicken farm is one of the autistic Amish. They hate people and technology, but still want to provide us all with the best quality eggs and white meat."

Hey Null, I’m glad your getting superberries and all, I really am, but the Ralph euphoric post-shart moan clip after a dono is really unsettling for my taste… it’s one of those sounds that I can almost smell, its so unnerving… just dropping this here to see if it’s just me or not.

agreed. shocking for someone who recoils in disgust at the words "pozload my neghole" (word filter but you can guess)
 
Goddamn the bit about the importance of fanart, memes, fanworks, etc hit me pretty hard. Because you can just about track the deadness and gayness of the internet by the average quality of the fanworks. Remember the early 2000s when there was more Flash animation than you could shake a stick at? Now a dangerhair reacting to words flashing up on a screen counts as content for some reason. Yes you can find high quality works but it's basically all from the most popular things at the time and it's clear the creator is trying to make a buck.

Oh man I have one for this. You should check out Choose or Die on Netflix. Not only is obviously a short film that they tried to extend to a feature film, it is Netflix propaganda in crack cocaine form. Mystery meat protagonist girl, obnoxious rap that doesn't fit at all, white guy that acts like the biggest simp ever, all capped off with a scene where a white guy literally screams at the mulatto "WHY CAN'T GUYS LIKE ME BE THE HERO ANYMORE?" And I don't wanna spoil too much, but a great deal of the ending falls apart if you don't implicitly accept "white man bad, colored girl good"

Oh man I have one for this. You should check out Choose or Die on Netflix. Not only is obviously a short film that they tried to extend to a feature film, it is Netflix propaganda in crack cocaine form. Mystery meat protagonist girl, obnoxious rap that doesn't fit at all, white guy that acts like the biggest simp ever, all capped off with a scene where a white guy literally screams at the mulatto "WHY CAN'T GUYS LIKE ME BE THE HERO ANYMORE?" I can watch @Null talk about anything really, even if he wanted to be one of those guys that reviews fast food in their car I'd still watch.

For next stream I'm going to get rid of the sfx for <20 and just leave the message on screen. I agree that it was a bit excessive.

The high quality stuff these days is porn. That's where the money is and the autists (only people who make creations besides women, and women have shit quality) are either farmers or troons.

Tried to find the video in this thread but I couldn't *sigh* But there was a clip floating around of Null making a funny teddybear/catboy growl. It was amusing enough that someone clipped it from the stream.

Pay money and Josh will growl for you; could be a market there lol
