I'm not sure if it's a donation option or what, but I listen to the audio version of MATI (at work, driving) and I was very confused at the "quack" at 1:42:50 in "Lolcow Uprising" (1:41:19 in the podcast version). It's a stock "quack" noise that first showed up in SimFarm and later spent some time in the late 1990s as an alert sound (one of the official built-in ones).

I knew Null didn't use a 20+ year old Mac to stream, but I wonder if Null is autistic as I am when it comes to sounds like that.

it was a donation and after the quack you can hear the WingsOfRedemption whimper. i thought it was a donation that ralph received at first but then i remembered ralph doesn't get donations lmao.

I don't think it was mentioned here, but Gumroad Gang got a bonus video where Jersh goes over Ralph's pro se filing in opposition to the Vickers' restraining order. It's pretty funny in that it's pretty much written in the same style as one of Ralph's rambling blog posts. Kinda puzzling how Mr. Five Star Days couldn't scrape enough together to pay a mini-mall lawyer for four hours of time to draft an actual professional response to this, but maybe he was practicing for the bowling tournament and it slipped his mind or something. Go get on that Gumroad, especially if you're not currently funding Josh or the site some other way.

@Null I have a question. Whenever you talk about Ralph in your streams, you often preface it by saying "I didn't want to talk about Ralph" or "I really didn't want to keep talking about Ralph" and I have to ask why. For a lot of people (myself included), it's probably the most entertaining topic. Is it just that you don't find it interesting, or is it that you don't want to be defined solely by Ralph stuff, or do you feel that it'll give Ralph some sort of vindication that you're "A-lawgin" him?

I like a diversity of topics and things to monkey branch between. Like it's nice to lay a foundation for something and build on top of it once a month. Ralph is continually escalating how fucking gay and retarded he is every week and it's irritating to have to revisit him so consistently.

Also, unlike Chantal or whoever else, Ralph is so actively malicious. It's not so much a joke as it is watching someone destroying the lives of everyone around him.

Speaking of, this surname history snippet was pretty funny from one of Ralph's threads (what must you do for something to be in one of your threads).
Ralph the Timid, also known as Ralf of Mantes (died 1057), was Earl of Hereford between 1051 and 1055 or 1057...When King Edward quarreled with Earl Godwin in 1051, Ralph raised the levies of his earldom to support the king. Godwin and his sons were forced into exile, but they returned the following year, and Ralph and Earl Odda commanded the fleet raised to resist them, but they were unable to prevent their return in triumph. In 1055 Ælfgar, the earl of East Anglia, was exiled and allied himself with the ruler of Wales, Gruffydd ap Llywelyn. Ralph met them in battle on 24 October, but suffered a disastrous defeat, and the invaders sacked Hereford. It was later claimed that Ralph and his Frenchmen started the rout, resulting in his insulting nickname, 'The Timid'. Godwin's son, Harold, the future king, then chased the invaders back into Wales. Now, Ralph the Timid didn't actually pass on the name Ralph, but it's still really funny to think time is a flat circle and Ethan Ralph is destined by blood to get beat up by foreigners and felted by a Godwinson, lifetime after lifetime.

Last week’s feud between Ralph, Fuentes, and Baked vs Metokur took up a majority of the stream, though some people in chat were asking for coverage on H3 losing sponsors, as well as the briefly featured Supermega lawsuit toward the end of the stream. Maybe could do a brief recap for some of these? Also, Mr Enter unintentionally creating a meme about 9/11 needing to happen in a children’s movie imo deserves a mention, just for the shear absurdity and widespread reach it’s had across the internet.

Do you take antihistamines? You're meant to rotate between types every 2-3 months otherwise they stop being effective because your body becomes desensitized to that particular medication if you're just taking the one type.

For my hayfever I have to cycle between Cetirizine, Fexofenadine and Loratadine for relief. As soon as one stops being effective, I switch to the next one.

i just take chlorpheniramine and it seems to never stop working unlike the others
