I think perhaps it's for the best if he doesn't stream while in a post-op condition following an extraction procedure. There's a significant chance that talking could be painful for his jaw muscles, the back sides of his tongue rubbing on the wounds and from his tongue possibly being swollen or otherwise mildly injured from having his tongue carelessly manhandled during the procedure. Also consider that he's still in the phase where it's not even safe for him to swallow his own saliva with his mouth closed because it could cause enough suction to displace his blood clots. He's at that delicate point where the clots are still soft enough to be displaced easily, yet too far along for his body to refill the wounds with fresh blood to start the clotting process over. I really don't want to hear him going full slobbermutt all over a modern microphone.
More importantly than that in both the short term and the long term, it wouldn't be a good idea to tempt fate by streaming while out of it. Josh would be a grade-A retard to risk having a Gunt moment live on air because he's been doing goofballs with Jim.
