Starting at 1 year old seems common in Asia in general. I know Taiwan does that and I am sure China does it too.

Oh yeah, Rekieta is still having a gay war with Pippa by concern trolling about the company that owns her character. The Vtuber shit is gay and I really can't stand white women doing a ditzy voice (besides the three that I've met that just kinda have a babydoll voice innately), but I have to side with Pippa on this because Nick is a giant fag now. He's getting into arguments with people on Twitter about how he's pouring gasoline on a fire by attacking her fans.

Rekieta basically slandering the company that Pippa has a contract with. Rekieta is fucking retarded with contracts going by his Rumble contract that probably won't get renewed (I could be wrong, but his growth has stopped and is decaying.) The entire thing comes across as Rekieta having a tantrum because Pippa and her company didn't really accept Camelot (the object of Rekieta's homolust) apology at causing her trouble.

The most embarrassing part from what I recall is that Nick did Taekwondo. That's babies first martial art and will get your ass kicked in a fight because it's centered around kicks. I wrestled in highschool and occasionally screwed around with guys who did Judo, boxing, and Taekwondo. Taekwondo guys were easy as hell to take down because they really traffic their strikes. Judo is fun, I wish I actually had teacher near me.

Sorry, you should edit that to the latest, I missed a radical. But that's if you read it with a bunch of inferences.

The surface meaning however is basically that tattoo's one of those "Righteous" heroes names in Jianghu cultivation novels.
