This is an "AI" horror script lol.

At times it feels like scripts like these were regenerated over and over again until something fairly amusing comes up.

Plus maybe I'm being optimisitic but my assumption with AI art is that they'd always use AI to come up with a working prototype and then the details and tweaking would still be left to professionals, it would just automate away a lot of time consuming processes and get you closer to a the desired output instead of just magically farting out your hopes and dreams which is what a lot of people seem to assume, and a lot of halfassed users of AI seem to do now hoping no one will notice.

Might be that. I heard some games were considering using AI to write background chatter, which seems fine to me, but will probably sound stinted still.

Null, for the life of me can't remember who said it, but I remember seeing a computer thing years ago, might have been Wozniak, talking about how the original colour displays worked, but they had no idea how, or why they worked. But they worked so they just used it and never changed anything. Your competence crisis bit reminded me about it.

I have never witnessed such a profoundly large gathering of curmudgeons than this video and it's comment section. We as a society need people to be openly prejudiced so that these losers may be publicly shamed for being outdone by non-whites and women. Imagine being a grownass man feeling intimidated by women. Pathetic.

Strong men in power placed strong women in power. This angered weak men, who were once handed power with a silver platter out of virtue for being male. Now that weak men must compete with women for positions of power, they pathetically slink into the dark recesses of society, grumbling excuses, "diversity is why I was rejected, it was not that I didn't try hard enough, it cannot be that I was not good enough".

It must suck to have to compete, when they are so used to the good life being handed to them for being a male. When they grow up thinking they were entitled to be the stoic breadwinner of the household, only to be outdone by women in housekeeping, parenting, and finances. Where do the weak men fit in?

The post-globalized world is one of immense competition. These losers could not compete and now resort to petty racism and sexism to cope when they should just gitgud. I, too, am seeing a lack of competence, and it's from men like them. Society will be fine, society will continue to advance, and weaklings will be left behind.

That's the part I don't get. Surely it's possible to do a small run of them using more flexible tools? If you can get parts for a 100 year old train, and if the part doesn't exist some machine fires up and makes them from CAD files, I'd assume the same is true for electronics, especially since serious nerds have stuff like custom PCB tools. But I'm guessing there's elements to CRTs, cassette players, etc that I don't understand that are too complex to do small print runs that way.

Null, last stream you were talking about Rome. Just to dump some information on what I've read from non reputable sources (comments sections as well as redditors crying over his apparent Nazism in his latest song Panzerschokolade).

Jerome "Rome" Reuter is apparently what they call a SHEAR or a "Skin HEad Against Racism", he's been claimed to say he, "likes his meat and monarchy". His older songs themes vary greatly but he's slowly shifting more and more further right if his music themes through Rome are anything to go by. He does have another project the name of which eludes me but claims were made that they were some punk band and Jerome sang in an English working class accent.
Also, they're supposed to be "neo-folk" which is what Death in June falls into as well. Just heard you talking about Rome a bit and figured I'd divulge some information I gleaned after reading r/neofolk comments that bitched about Rome now creating "chud anthems" and becoming super conservative and possibly even an evil Nazi sympathizer.

Parents in Massachusetts wanted to foster children the agency put them through the entire expensive and lengthy process while behind the scenes they were emailing that they had no plans to allow them due to their transgender views. The family is now suing since they were denied being fostered parents based solely on the fact that they are devout Catholics who believe a minor child cannot make the irreversible decision to go on puberty blockers. The state agency made it clear in their documents there refusal is entirely based on their views on transgender children and that they met and/or exceeded all other aspects.

The Katrina thing tied into the competency crisis. Prior to the Hurricane, a bunch of engineers had raised the alarm that they needed to do critical maintenance on the levees because New Orleans is literally below sea level and sinking. The mayor and a bunch of bureaucrats supposedly had an axe to grind with the older huwhite engineers and played politics with them and basically embezzled the money that the engineers wanted for the levees.

A lot of people who sacrificed and toiled during and after Katrina basically got spat at by ungrateful niggers with crocodile tears. A lot of the refugees never came back to Louisiana either. It’s more blighted than fucking Detroit in some areas because the city council there are parasites. The only competent people are those with some misplaced loyalty or nostalgia for a city that hates them.
