"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

Josh, you used to tardrage and scream awful shit at me on the Sneedcord back in 2019-ish when I was warning people about Masterson (up until that dumpster fire stream with him) over what you're talking about. Just about everyone else was also jumping up my ass whenever I said pedo shit's never just a joke. I'm glad the other shoe dropped and you handled it well, but this is maddening and just gets more so every time.

REEEEEE!

Seeing as the whole Ruben Sim and Roblox lawsuit thing came up during todays stream, Ruben put a few videos up about it while it was happening.

TL;DR he talked about notorious pedophile and Roblox animator "MisterObvious" in 2017. Roblox initially banned MisterObvious then covered up and protected this pedo, reinstated his accounts and ignored the backlash. Ruben kept talking about it, bringing up other shady shit going on at Roblox while he was at it, so Roblox sued him and claimed some other bs in their suit like Ruben being a terrorist. They settled, Ruben didn't have to fork over any money and the case never went to trial. The full agreement is on pacer, unfortunately I don't have a subscription so can't see all the details. If someone else has a pacer account then it'd be worth getting a look at the details

Here's Rubens videos including one of the first instances of him talking about said pedo:

Here's some of the documents:

Josh, if you do a call-in show, maybe this is kind of obvious but:

- Have a specific question that the caller must answer, or subject/person to have a hot take on

- The question or subject should be controversial so it's not the same answer every time

- Don't even give them the chance to say "whoa dude I can't believe I got in whoa how's it goin," it might help to keep it on topic by reiterating and asking them the question yourself every time, ask for their hot take

- If you're feeling generous, give them a moment to sneed before moving on to the next caller

On the topic of the call in old stream when the Zoodaist shit was unfortanley a victim of the call in with one guy talking about converted gays and chat / YouTube comments did not like that. But other times you have the DSP stream with know detractors and Rekieta to help Josh along can be fun

I like the idea of have selected a group of people that are active in a thread to speak just because they can add to conversation.

@Null If you want a quick run down on the Ruben Sim Vs Roblox thing, Blocked and Reported did a Premium episode on it. You'd have to pay them $5 because it's for subscribers only.
IIRC the settlement happened because it wasn't as black and white as just exposing groomers on Roblox, however Roblox calling him a terrorist for making new accounts and continuing to make youtube videos was absolute rubbish. Overall Ruben did look like the better party and the main reason for the lawsuit still seemed like it was just to shut him up so they can continue to drain the credit cards of countless children's parents.

He's always been consistent in his opposition of sexpests and coomers in tandem with support for women, though. Trannies are basically the avatar of what he opposes.
Yeah but he was always happy to tell women to shut up and how he knows better (female fans complaining how he derailed his comic into "man-hate the comic" for example) than them with regards to feminism. I'm surprised he didn't troon out himself.

That Snow White actress kinda reminds me of Mila Kunis (The voice actor of Meg from Family guy) maybe that’s why she has that annoying vibe?

Your rant about wrestling and anime rewriting brain chemistry reminded me of this conversation with Werner Herzog.

The idea of Werner Herzog religiously tuning in to Anna Nicole Smith and Wrestlemania, with a look of disgust on his face the entire time, is hilarious.

The concept of studying why these are massive cultural forces is noble but I think for most people it's enough to get a sense of something and move on. Wrestling has always been the dumbest shit, more than a bit homoerotic, and wrestling fans are either children or retarded adults. It's theater for people who will instinctively say theater is gay, except between those pursuits only one regularly has half naked men crawling over each other (on stage, I mean)
