Apparently there's a bit more to the story too. Apparently this guy was very ironically hatewatching some small streamer and made a clip called "Deliberate idling and allowing themselves to be killed," presumably collecting evidence to justify banning him. Blizzard has established some kind of content creator NDA program recently and it seems like they're going after the streamers who don't want to play by their rules, or maybe this is just some weird personal vendetta and this guy is doing this in his free time.

A basic play by play for people who aren't familiar with the game. They are on defense, the enemy just captured the checkpoint, and most of his team is dead. He probably won't be able to retreat successfully, so his best play is to die on purpose so he can respawn with his teammates. Instead of just running in to die right away, he instead tries to go for a cheap kill by firing explosives at people entering the chokepoint, so he stands still watching the left chokepoint, but they enter through the right chokepoint, so he dies in the time it takes to turn around and start shooting.

And here is the same mod in some other streamer's twitch chat letting them know not to appeal their ban. (I don't know if blizzard pays people to watch random twitch streams of their game and act like a janitor or what)

I'm not a mod or anything, but one thing I do know about being support, is everything should go through the ticket system; to include any and all correspondence with the person. Showing up in your chat is not official and shouldn't be perceived as official, and I would honestly say it's this sped being vicious. A caveat to that would be if the streamer is a big name and known for playing your game at a high level; but even then, you don't just waltz into their chat and be like "If you appeal this ban, we'll kill your entire BNet account." This dipshit did it for free and when he got the jacket, he let the power go to his head.

potentially criminal has an account. there is a clip i saw of him trying to look something up on the farms while he was on stream and he took down his screen saying he had to log in first. i think it was around the time the site was having problems because it wouldnt load and he jokingly said for josh to fix his stupid gay site.

he is also the only one i have seen in clips push back against nick on stream when he would rail against the farms. he is also the least likely to end up being effected by joshs association debuff. since he is an actual practicing lawyer he just streams as a hobby. it was also his discord that broke drex into repeating the same response like a dozen times.

Correct.

In incel circles, its meant to dehumanize. Anything with XX chromosomes can be female, but a woman is a female human. Long, long before incels however, calling women "females" was, and still is, pure niggerspeak. And, of course, nigger culture is highly misogynistic by default.

He has had to log out of kf before showing a screen on his stream iirc. Also still anti vito despite nick rekieta's pedo guarding.

I've seen ~50 hours of Sean as a guest on various shows. I've heard some good takes from him and I can't recall any bad takes. It would not surprise me at all to hear that he supports the forum in a legal capacity at the very least. The fact he has reached out to you makes me hope that he wants to cover the recent legal happenings here.

I’m watching the replay and I’m at the part where Josh said that All-Star was the last big hit before everything went down. Which I agree, even though I was young during that time I still remember All Star playing a lot on the airwaves back then. Also, There was a big music album that dropped on 9/11.

He's the fat lawyer guy that hangs out with Nick every now and then. He's pretty funny, and based and redpilled. He is also a staunch defender of the farms, reads Nick's thread, and has said he has nothing but respect for you. I don't think there is a single better intermediary between you and Nick.
