I post this here, really interesting stuff from /v/ and it's the kind of thing that should be preserved since most of /v/ is a dumpster fire of porn. I would say it's more unusable than /pol/ or /gif/ at this point.

It basically explains why AAA games are so shitty and have been for a while, and also why you should either stick with indies or good ole' OSRS.

4chan has this thing where it's unusable like 24/7 but every once in a blue moon you read some really interesting post that almost makes it worth it to hang around.

For me it was less the vTuber thing and more of the austistic titles they give to themselves. The vTuber avatars might be the least offensive thing in that clip for my eyes.

"Keeper of Records", "Protector of the whatever forest". Coupled with some phrase taken straight out of a shitty anime. It is as if they sat down and chose the cringiest words and visuals they could come up with.

The saddest part about these things is that if you take a Night Mind (Who is "Nick Nocturne" in the clip) and you compare his Marble Hornets analysis to what he does nowadays, it's fucking sad how bad his videos have gotten.

Go for it, Sean is a good guy and he hangs with the right kind of people.

He intermittently appears on a show that I watch to keep up with current events and he's always seemed like a well reasoned and consistent dude there. I don't think he would even think to back-stab you or get involved in gay petty drama but if he did the guys would be pretty unimpressed with him.

I got his last appearance here; timestamps around 19:00 to 36:40 and then 48:10 to 26:50:

It's really weird since he was already doing somewhat diverse videos. Like his video on Henry Darger. Who's a historical outsider artist figure and wasn't even a lolcow since nobody knew what he did until just before his death. He was also always incredibly sympathetic to the cows he did feature especially with the interview he did with Wings of Redemption. It's surprising to me he's done such a heel face turn away from what made him successful considering how he was always the "nice guy video essayist on lolcows".
