it's a propaganda piece dude. Tucker isn't just going to a "random McDonalds" and not every station in Russia looks like that. He's got envoys with the government with him and they hand pick the locations they go to, tell the people working there something important is going on and you *will* not disappoint, and make sure it is par excellence so Tucker can make a stupid O face and make more dumb boomers think Russia is so much better than it really is.
You know why those train stations look like that? It was so the soviet regime could say to the world "look at how the proletariat travel in the USSR. We have truly seized not just the means but the quality of life of our oppressors." Meanwhile you had people being loaded on to trains and forced to work in gulags for questioning the state, and people standing in bread lines for hours at a time.
