Oh believe me, it is. It's also a traditional dish on Easter, alongside goodness like hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise and horseradish. And before you say anything, Polish mayonnaise is nothing like the tasteless Hellmann's shit in the US.

Majonez Kielecki is very strong with vinegar, but once you get used to it it's delicious, though I am heavily biased since I hail from Holy Cross. Plus, it's 100% natural, no added preservatives, emulagators or other bullshit.

I've experimented with making my own mayo a couple times but never tried adding much vinegar so I'll have to try that. The original picture, what all is in the broth/gravy?

White sausage and eggs. Traditionally there are also potatoes, you add a bit of horseradish to it and eat it with bread. The broth itself if based on sour rye and boiled meat.
