If what you took away from that post and the one I made after it is that I'm an anti-natalist, well, I don't think there's any response I could give that would lead to anything even remotely resembling a productive conversation on the topic. Same reason I didn't bother responding to the response accusing me of, bizzarely, "coping and dooming for my own failings".

Well what else am I supposed to take away from your negativity? What is @Gorton Colu supposed to take away? You are acting like because a few will eat shit that the majority shouldn't give marriage a chance. I'm just saying, seems personal.

You're overly defensive post in response to me asking if you're an anti-natalist is strange. By your very response you explicitly say that you are not interested discussion and seek no exchange.

You could have simply said that you were not an anti-natalist.

I'm sorry, I guess I've spent too long in A&N not to be an asshole when someone has seemingly misread a post to that extent.

No, I'm explicitly not an anti-natalist. If that's what you took out of my responses, I'd rather you re-read those as trying to flesh out my position further than I already have would probably lead to derailing the thread with an off-topic exchange. Or start a DM or Deep Thoughts/Mass Debates thread or something if you're interested in that.

I read your posts, but maybe I have spent too much time myself on /lit/ where I see similar arguments to yours made by avowed anti-natalists.

Probably an issue where bad faith posters try to disparage by association.

My understanding of this image is it was made by a true and honest bully breeder, although the inbreeding coefficients were added by someone else after the fact. Doughboy has an inbreeding coefficient of 98%. For reference, the infamously inbred Charles II of Spain, the Habsburg we all know and love, only had an inbreeding coefficient of approximtely 25%. Two things that jumped out at me just at a glance: his paternal and maternal grandfather are the same dog, and his paternal and maternal great-grandfather are also the same dog.

It's no small miracle these things make it past even a few weeks.

ETA: there's so many great ghetto breeder dog names in that family tree too, it's worth covering just for that.

You people who think everyone must dedicate their lives to procreation at all costs or whatever such nonsense are batshit insane right up there with the outright antinatalists. Humans are already far past the point of sustainable population and we're well into the territory of needing eugenics to fix an insurmountable slew of problems. There is an alarmingly high proportion of parents who have no business caring for children, no business passing on their evoslop genes, or both. These simple facts put together seem to piss off every hivemind that wants to omit whatever contradicts their black or white narrative that uses words like "quiverfull" or "bigotry".

Please don't be so cartoonishly braindead that you can't comprehend anything but one extreme or the other. Responsible procreation not suiting the broodmaxing narrative doesn't make it antinatalism, and jumping to such a conclusion is certifiably retarded. It makes you look like incels with an unhealthy obsession over how much greener your neighbor's lawn looks to you. Even if it is greener, they had to have the resources, the physical health, the know how, the determination and the time to make it that way. If you don't have what it takes and won't change that, then getting some sod that's going to die in less than a week will fix buttfuck nothing in your back yard time. The difference is that "giving it a shot" with a wife and kids is you potentially destroying several lives at once on a damned whimsy of something monumental that you treated as a science experiment for yourself. Living, breathing, thinking, feeling individuals aren't kitchen gadget toys to "try out", and if you think otherwise, you have no empathy, which makes you a nigger.
