We have advanced facial recognition software that's been impressively accurate at determining a person's race by their facial proportions and features for well over a decade, yet I've never once heard anyone even entertain the notion that the same software could easily differentiate between adult and neonatal skull structure, which is objectively easier to measure in a way that makes it perfect for computers.
