Do we really have to get into a deeply philisophical epistemology argument about what "know" means and how one can "know" something? I don't even believe in free will like I mentioned. I believe in free won't(my beliefs on this are even more complicated than this).
But the reason I did this analogy is because you are assuming that because there is a possibility of a negative choice, that it negates the knowing itself. There is no granted premise that creates this one to one binary between foreknowledge and lack of free will. The FURTHEST you can go is saying foreknowledge maybe excludes meaningful choice, but that gets into another field of value judgements.

But again this is besides the point because it is equating or at least trying to empathize an omnicient knowledge that exists independent of time, with our ability to "know" things while being subject to a linear experience of causation. If you equate the two then it isn't just a problem for the existence of God and free will, the problem applies to ANY being omniscient or not that exists in a higher dimension that can experience our timelines the same way we experience seeing a whole movie stretched out on a film.
