To reiterate: this is completely wrong and not even consistent with the disingenuous meme of Killdozer. It was always “blocking his shop” and not his home (zoning, duh).
This debate is going to become about everything other than the facts of the man’s life. Because people don’t know what they don’t know.
Anyway, the meme narrative is rebutted here by this author who went to the town, followed the court proceedings, town hall meetings, and personal accounts of the Killdozer himself. Count Dankula, for example, did none of that.
I half-expect someone to claim his shop was his home as if that wouldn’t be on him rather than the city. And the plant was never blocking access to his shop anyway. Totally moot point.
