I live out in the sticks and Facebook has a weird monopoly on small time marketplaces. Basically every town and city has a Facebook group. It's used a lot by parents and older people. It's kind of a white noise feed like TikTok but for the elderly

That's true. It's funny you bring up Facebook. Facebook has become huge in some third world countries by becoming a mobile provider / ISP.

What happens is you buy a topoff card with, let's say, a half gig of data. You buy this from your phone company, which is Facebook. Then, data from browsing Facebook doesn't count against your total. You can watch a long YouTube video and lose half the data you paid for, or you can watch the same video on Facebook for free. Their beach head strategy in some of these countries has been incredible.

I really don't think X can replicate that. The closest thing they could integrate into that is Starlink, but it's not like that will ever be for the masses.

What I was trying to convey is, you seem like you were just using your forum to vent only, instead of doing a stream. It is your forum, you can do whatever you want. However, I don't think you getting banned off xitter is a big deal. You still have an audience outside of that. Also, these transvestite men that you complain about, the ones that control all of tech, are just autistic men with delusions. I don't know what advice I can give you to handle these people, but IMO it's not irrational rage in your own forum, targeted at your own members. Maybe there is no other solution than to murder them all. But that's unrealistic.
