You ever seen those signs in restaurants and hotels that list "maximum occupancy"? That's fire code, and it's an important part about preventing people from dying as has happened a number of times.
A permanent commercial building like a hotel has obtained these permits that allow for large gatherings (up to the size listed) so there's no issue.
The problem comes if you buy a warehouse and convert it - if you're quiet and do it, the fire marshal will work with you and get it setup. You want to be honest about the use (presentation/conference space would be fine) and you'd have to do improvements - a warehouse with ten people working in it will have vastly different egress and sprinkler and such than the same square footage holding 2000 people or whatever.
But once people figure out what you're actually doing with the space, there will be all sorts of pressure on the fire marshal to revoke your permit for bullshit reasons. That won't happen to the hotel because it's a "one off" and even if it isn't, the hotel knows how to deal with bullshit and even sue for performance and all that other shit you can run into. A faggot won't have that knowledge or capability, and even if he wins eventually, it'll be years.
You could buy land and have temporary tents like a traveling circus but even those tents are many thousands of dollars used, an actual circus tent could easily cost as much as a building! But again, there will be regulations around occupancy and you will find it hard to get a permit once they're on to you. And being a bunch of faggots in tents is gay as hell and looks retarded.
The best bet if he was really trying to do AFPAC and not just grifting for the FBI via suing hotels for breach of contract (once this worked once by accident, he WILL continue to do it on purpose).
Of course, the actual number of people attending is clearly in the "200" level, not "2000".

I don't think the fire marshal in rural Florida will play political games with people. You just have to pick a decent place.
It would be smart for him to actually start working towards getting commercial space together in someplace like Florida or Texas, which can be used as a studio for multiple podcasters, but he's not enough of a man to actually think that way. In the long run you're never going to beat the house, but you can have bouts of luck.
I went to Vegas for the first time not long ago; I played mostly slots, and when I got lucky I cashed out and saved that voucher and just played with other money. Obviously I wasn't playing with Bossman amounts, but I only played for a couple of days, and in the end I left $100 up.
Now obviously that strategy doesn't always work; I subsequently played in Monaco and left like 50 euros down.
(Sorry I should go to the Bossman thread. I just read its warning message and it answered some of my questions.)

Same. Went to Vegas a few years ago for a conference and had a chance to visit one of the casinos. I had a clear, hard budget that I was going to gamble with. Though, I can get how it can become addicting.
