I disagree there. I think the debt situation is perfectly solvable with revolution. The new government just needs to shrug and point the debtors to the old government-in-exile.

The problem is that would require the US Government to completely collapse over a short period of time which won't happen, the USD is still too widely used as a reserve currency with nothing to take it's place and the Feds will still have control over it. It's more likely that the Federal Government will just weaken over an extended period of time losing more and more influence with the States acting more autonomously.

I don't know how guilty I am of making an appeal to tradition or the past, but the quote above exemplifies why I think it is a bad idea; if anything, the age of consent should be raised to 25, when biological brain development reaches true adulthood. We live long enough on average that this makes all the sense in the world.

Trying to hire anyone just around that age is hit or miss for most work. They really killed the critical thinking part in a lot of kids brains. Then they really expect all sorts of flexibility and “understanding “ that they’re used to getting from their shit parents/teachers.
