As a nice pallette cleanser from the OSRS situation, valve has requested that the creator of a cosmetic remove a trans pride flag they snuck into a cosmetic that was accepted for the game. The steam forums are currently on fire because of this. Valve is thankfully still based.

The creator of the cosmetic confirmed that they were contacted directly by valve to remove it, they did not remove it on their own volition.

imo his most often repeated lies are statements about his own emotional state. 'people can say what they want.' 'that's fine.' ' I don't even care.' 'I love him but X.' silent pause to gesture with drink in humble exasperation. he repeats it like a mantra.

re: motivation to lie, at a certain point chronic dishonesty is powered by self-deception. the ego can't take the pressure so it decouples from reality, but it doesn't reconnect again. so reality is as fluid as their emotions and their brain generate random untruth like your example of visiting a fair.

it is useful to have footage of someone being so obvious. it is like a shitty magician who's sleight of hand is too slow so you can see exactly what's happening. you already know magic isn't real but until you see the specifics of the trick the illusion can't completely break.

I genuinely cannot believe the greed present in these requests, it's disgusting. It also shows how terrible furries tend to be with money. 40k for contract work which was previously completed, 30k for a business loan. 9.5k for medical examiner and cremation is absolutely insane. My assumption here is that lard boy is too fucking fat for any of the crematoriums around his hovel, so they are going to need to ship his decaying corpse to a crematorium which can properly handle the... Excess. The medical examiner has also probably started to charge exorbitant "rent" for having to dedicate slab space while they work out the details. Truly a once in a lifetime glimpse into the inner mechanics of the furry mecca.
